For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has been recently renovated in a part of a long-fronted farmhouse, where the cow barn and hay loft once was. The living area has on the ground floor an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

The whole is located in a beautiful, rural wooded location in the beautiful Brabant countryside There is a lot of peace and privacy; wake up with the sound of birds singing. In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
