I had just arrived at a nearby site to host family for my daughter's wedding. By 9:00 PM there was an issue requiring a new site—not easy as I needed a 1st floor bed for my elderly dad. Nicole answered immediately with helpful chat, making me feel less alone as airbnb resolved things. The clock was ticking to the wedding. John & Nicole were sympathetic, communicative, and got me in by 11:00 AM. The home was excellent! Handy with two 1st-floor bedrooms and one up a few steps. Checking in/out? Easy! The decor? Light and airy. The amenities? Up-to-date with SPARKLING bathrooms/kitchen/linens, washer/dryer, and TV. Very comfortable for me, my husband, my daughter's father, and my dad—with room for wedding prep and guests to gather comfortably at the generously-sized island and table. Limited stairs ended up being additionally important as I had a minor mishap the day of the wedding. I was thankful everything was so thoughtfully appointed and comfortable for me to regroup! Thank you!!!

Had a great experience staying at Laura’s place! All the listed amenities were provided, and everything was just as described. Laura was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. It’s a fantastic spot to relax and have fun – highly recommended!

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Sadie and Laughlin are the best Airbnb hosts we have come across. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is very clean, has lovely furnishings, is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 and a half day stay in Portland. Both bedrooms are a good size and have incredibly comfortable beds. When we needed help with something, our hosts came around fast to help us. If we are ever back in Portland, we shall gladly book again with them. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We had an amazing time at this house! It was so cozy and perfect for our group. And the best part? It was super close to Cranmore, which made it even more fun! The kitchen setup was fantastic - everything we needed and the instructions were clear. We’re definitely planning to stay again!

The home was in a beautiful location and it was so peaceful to wake up and look out over the water. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of space for our group to hang out. The host was very accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

Great place to stay in Ogunquit area! The cottage is exactly as described, and well located between Wells and Ogunquit - you do need a car to get around easily as others have said. This is a fantastic place to stay with kids - having the pool facilities especially is great as a break from the beach. Julie and Derek left great advice as well as flexibility on check-in - thanks again!

As a kid my parents brought me and my sisters up to North Conway most of our childhood. It’s a great place with lots of adventures and places to relax for all types. At an age where I want to share those same experiences with my own family, Sandra’s great spot it’s a perfect location. It’s cozy, clean, has great views off the balcony, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we knew where things were (at the condo and around town). Looking forward to going back again in the future and would happily recommend this Airbnb to others.

We absolutely loved our visit to Appledore Cottage! It was quaint and perfectly relaxing. The screened in porch was the best place to just sit…very quiet and peaceful!

We had a lovely time in Kittery at the house, the lay out was perfect, quiet and secluded from the road and neighbors, wonderful outside spaces that smoothly opened up from common spaces where we could all lounge around and be with each other. The consensus from the family was that this trip will be annual :) Highly recommend.

I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

This house is beyond! So beautiful, clean, comfortable, kitchen has top of the line appliances. Well stocked with everything needed to cook a good meal. The chairs in front of the fireplace were a welcome comfort after a long day walking in the cold. The location was perfect, walked to shops and restaurants. Can’t go wrong renting this amazing home. Velia was very kind and responsive. Just wish we could have stayed longer!
