stayed here during a trip for a family event. The house was perfectly presented, clean tidy with a nice private driveway and garden area. beds where all comfortable and plenty warm enough. The property had absolutely everything you could ever need. We stayed here a week and there was nothing we thought we needed. The location is nice and quiet and tucked away. The main town, shops and restruants are a easy walk. train station is a easy 15 min walk. This give you easy way to travel about. We would definitely book here again in heart beat when we come back to latvia. Amazing little find.

Outstanding vacation house! Picturesque and private location where you can find small lake and lots of forest trays to walk. House itself very clean cozy and well equipped with everything needed and above. Excellent wooden sauna and electric hot tub. Nice BBQ place with grill, terrasse and bonfire. Sandra and Girtas extremely friendly hosts. It was easy to communicate and they provide some real nice local points of interests(like IndieJanis brewery). The only somewhat minus is around 10km on gravel road to get the place so drive slow and carefully to prevent damage a car.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The cabin is private, cozy, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Loved the hot tub and the option to grill some meat outside — charcoal was kindly provided. Inside, you can fire up the wood stove for an extra warmth. There’s no Wi-Fi available, although honestly, we barely needed it. Great value for the money too, recommend!

A truly relaxing getaway not even on the woodland, but in the woods, off the big road. Bird songs, green expansive surroundings. The hosts themselves were not at home. Quite close by there are neighbors that were definitively not disturbing about the hot tub/sauna should be paid for of course. The spa is not at the lodge, as a result we were basically in the tub and sauna, we only slept in the house. There was an idea that it would even be cooler in the tent:D

Lounge Cacti was built in 2022, which is brand new with everything you need for a nice getaway. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, with electric stove, fridge and dishes, which is combined with the guest room.As also on the first floor there is a sauna, which was prepared from thermo wood materials, shower and WC with hygiene items, a terrace with space for grilling food. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a balcony, overlooking the beautiful pond. The lounge house is located in a beautiful natural place, by the pond

Especially liked the hot tub and the interior area. The home is very compact, the hot tub is always warm and ready to use, the area is very enjoyable, and functional for various activities and romantic evenings. We will definitely be back in the warm summer weather as well.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has underfloor heating which was a nice treat. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay including fridge, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hob unit for cooking. It is a beautiful location, looking out to the river. In the summer, it would be great to sit out on the chairs and table. It is only a 10 minute drive to the castle and shop. We had a great stay.

The cottage is located in a very peaceful environment and beautiful surroundings. Felt right at home with nice interior with comfortable bed and luxurious linen bed sheets. We were welcomed nicely by the host, that runs a restaurant closeby which was amazing !
