The accommodation is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is well located, 5 minutes on foot from Yamagoe Station on the Tozai Subway Line and 8 minutes on foot from JR Yamagoe Station, with good security. JR Yamashiro Station is one stop (5 minutes) from JR Kyoto Station. This area is home to many people, so there are many supermarkets, 24-hour convenience stores, restaurants, and bars, so you'll have no trouble finding things while traveling. The house is in a residential neighborhood, so it's very quiet at night, so you can enjoy a stay and experience as if you were living in Japan. You can access all of Kyoto's tourist attractions by public transportation such as trains and buses from the nearest station, JR Yamko Station and Yamko Subway Station. Although you can come by public transportation, it is more convenient to come by car as it is quite a rural area. The hot spring is 5 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to the castle town of Iga Ueno. 25 minutes to Mokumoku Farm. 30 minutes to Igayaki no Sato. 45 minutes to Suzuka Circuit. 50 minutes to Akame Shijuhachi Falls National Park. 1 hour to Ise Jingu. 1 hour to Horyuji Temple.

The area aournd the house is once small castle town. The house is located next to the Shrine, Hiyoshi-Jinja, where the Omizo Festival is held on May 3 and 4 every year.
