It's the second floor with no elevator. 2 Bedrooms, equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, living/dining room, bathroom! The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica and close to Lisbon! Breakfast Basket fee upon request!

Our lovely apartment is sited in oeiras 5 minutes walking distance from the beach praia da torre and praia de stº amaro de oeiras, there is also a marina 5 minutes walking distance where you can find restaurants as weal as shoops where you can rent nautic equipements do to activities in the beach like jet sky´s. Abou 10 minutes walking distance is the train station that can take you to lisbon our to cascais. All the cost starting in caxias and going to cascais is plenty of beaches to discover.

Ground floor apartment (no stairs) in Carcavelos with a private garden, 2 minutes from one of the best surf beaches near Lisbon, a place where you can truly relax. Completely renovated, equipped and quiet for a good night's sleep. Cot available upon request. Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra are a short train or Uber ride away. Several units available. Since we have a Garden, the gardener usually does its maintenance once per week and it is not required for him to enter the inside of the apartment.
