Our private 3 bed/2 bath villa overlooks beautiful Playa Ocotal with the ocean/pool just a 1-2 minute walk away. This is our home for many months each year and is significantly upgraded from a "rental." Known for great snorkeling and protected from large ocean waves, Ocotal is an uncrowded “locals” black sand beach. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a lot of wood accents and would be a great home base to explore Costa Rica. Another great choice is to just relax on the beach or by one of the three pools. Ocotal beach is one of the quietest beaches because we are the only development on the beach. It has everything you need to prepare your meals. After a day in the sun you can come back to a fully air conditioned unit with three units throughout the condo. The pool at the condo is ideal.

Simple and relaxed space. Just a 6 minute walk to the beach. Our condo is a relaxing place where you can enjoy a tropical vacation. This is the perfect spot to visit places like: Parque Nacional Rincón de la Vieja, La Leona Waterfall, Oropendola Waterfall, Ocotal Beach is a perfect spot for shore snorkeling, Hermosa beach is nice place to enjoy the sunset, and is 1 and a half hours away from Playa Conchal known for its unique, white sand made of crushed seashells and clear water.
