There is a private kitchen, so you can enjoy your stay on the island as if you like to cook or have a family with small children. For guests staying for consecutive nights, we can prepare firewood baths etc. if you wish. You can also see the beautiful starry sky on a good day. ※ Because it is a place rich in nature, in addition to butterflies, bees, fireflies, beetles and other creatures, there are also creatures such as pigs, snakes and centipedes. We have taken measures, but it is easy to get lost in the room, such as centipedes and spiders, so please understand that it is easy to get lost in the room from spring to autumn. Oyama Gion Shrine, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. are also about 5 minutes away by car. Relax in a small port town. We have self-renovated an old house built about 70 years ago. Spread out and relax in our little home in the port town. It is an old house, so there are steep stairs (with handrails) and steps.We would appreciate it if you could take care of small children and those with bad feet. Frying pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, chopsticks, forks, spoons Plates, tea bowls, cups, mugs, kitchen scissors, bottle opener Appliance items: fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, Kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker * Because it is eco-friendly, we do not have disposable toothbrushes or shaving.Please buy it at the nearby convenience store if you need it or bring it with you. * There is no TV.There are a few books and there is internet, so please enjoy your time slowly.

Former traditional Japanese confectionery shop(Machiya house). Good access to the Tadanoumi port(about 10 minutes walk) and JR Tadanoumi station(2 minutes walk). You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city. Optional dinner is available at cafe area with extra charge. We are sorry but you will hear the noise from the cafe from 8am -11pm.
