My place is located in the very heart of New Batumi - it's on the main prospect called Khimshiashvili, where you can enjoy shopping, having brilliant breakfasts, dinners and having unforgettable night life, included bars and casinos. Main surprise is the view on the Black Sea and the beach - enjoy sunsets and sunrises on my balcony and feel your self very comfortable. In addition, there is an aqua park, shopping mall and first of all, very experienced host with the perfect recommendations.

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.
