Vacation rentals with a patio in Ocean View

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment! The place is the same - clean, cozy, spacious, better than the photos, and had everything we needed. This time we had a couple very windy rainy days and ended up staying in the apartment petty much all day with our dog. So nice and relaxing, minimal and spacious. The quiet neighborhood was nice for small walks in between the rain for our dog and then enjoying longer beach walks in Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen when the sun came out. Highly recommend!

This place was beautiful! Way better than the photos. Ryan was so polite and answered all my questions within 5-10 minutes no matter the time. It was do refreshing relaxing. The view was lovely and it overall just an amazing place 10/10 we would stay here again and again !

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

Crystal’s home is clean, cozy, and unbeatably close to ocean access. The furniture is very comfortable. The bonus bathroom is a nice plus. I cooked all meals while there and the kitchen had everything I needed. There are many thoughtful touches around the place that make the atmosphere very welcoming. The small patio off the living room gets great morning sun and is the perfect spot to drink your morning tea. I highly recommend staying here!

Very cute place and perfect location. We loved the walkable restaurant options and the deck was great for relaxing. Quiet and comfortable for 2 couples.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

Casey was very fast to respond to any questions we had. The apt was better than the pics! Linens and towels were very nice. The apt was VERY well stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything. Bathrooms were very clean, bedrooms were nice, good living space. Just make sure to park in the correct parking lot or on the street. We would definitely come back to this place again next year.

William was such an excellent host! It was so wonderful to get away and stay in this lovely home. The setting is gorgeous even in the off season and the neighborhood feels quiet and close knit. We had a couple of issues (things you'd expect in an old home) and William was so quick to send out a handyman . He was very invested in us having a lovely stay and I can't wait to start there again and encourage my friends to stay there as well!

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Sharee’s place was a dream. We bought our dogs and infant son and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. There were clean towels and linens in every room, the kitchen was fully stocked (which was important to us because we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days), and bathrooms were spotless. Beds and all furniture were extremely comfortable and sturdy. We traveled to Ocean City and Rehobeth and both locations were really close. It was always nice to come back to a peaceful neighborhood and home. Neighbors were also really friendly, so that’s a plus! We’ll be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

We loved our stay at Nancy's! I didn't expect it to be half a mile away from the beach BUT trolley to the beach stops right in front of the house! We are big train and trolley fans so it was joy riding the trolley everyday to the beach. You can walk to the boardwalk too. It's about a 20 min walk if you want to get some walking in. The is a lovely family run owned Italian food market and bakery a 3 minute walk away. You can stop in the morning for an espresso and a loaf of bread or croissants. I felt European! Lol! We would definitely go back!

My family like many others is spread all over the place, and Rehoboth has long been our meeting place. However with multiple generations come very specific needs and Leigh’s house seemed to check all the boxes. It wasn’t until we arrived that we realized we would have our best family trip yet. From the spacious rooms and privacy for those of us needing to work, vs outdoor spaces (balcony, yard, patio, deck) for those wanting to play, we had it all. This may be the first time no one got annoyed with anyone else on a family vacation—because we all had space to breathe and relax as well as come together in the living room and lovely massive, well equipped kitchen. (Seriously, the knife set?! And even a popcorn popper? And a lemon juicer? Pepper grinder? Be still my beating Airbnb heart!) Leigh was super responsive anytime I had a question, and sent a wonderful restaurant rec list that gave us our fave meal. Linens and beds, amazing! Beach gear is A+. We’ll be back 💯!!!

Five stars across the board! Great layout with lots of fun space inside and out. We travel with our two rescue dogs and appreciate the owners who welcome them. Great side yard for them to run around off-leash. Ample gates, lights and security in a beautifully decorated home. Second floor deck and sunroom were favorite spots to relax looking out at the water and watching the cute duck family swim the canal. The kitchen is very nice, especially love the fridge! Also a Wine cooler and an extra mini fridge available for those who need them. Was just me and my husband and two dogs; our adult daughter stopped by for two nights and had the whole second floor to herself. Next time, we could easily bring more family members as plenty of room for larger group. After a rough year, we needed the peace and quiet this location brings. Nice neighbors, too.

House was very cute and in a great neighborhood. We stayed for 2 months and we were happy that is was dog friendly. Close to the beach and good restaurants

The location was perfect—close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy all the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that offered a sense of serenity. The cleanliness of the place was superb, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Without a doubt, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions, this is the place for you. 100% recommend!

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

Great location. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. Close to bus stops for further trips. Clean and comfortable.

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

Donna was such an amazing host. We felt right at home and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Everything was clean and ready for us to move right in for the weekend. Instructions were clear and to the point. She also provided us with great flexibility checking in and checking out which was super helpful when we had to be up early Sunday for my daughters cheer competition. The building was secure easily accessible with the codes provided. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!

The best about Nika's place is the location. Is a block from the beach, and the amazing park is right behind the apartment. We went fishing every day at the pier, there were many people crabbing also. The building is a little dated, but once you get into the apartment it doesn't matter. The pool was also nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Sona’s condo!! Absolutely adorable, thoughtfully updated and very clean. The condo was easy to get to and in a great location within walking distance to so many things! We had the perfect amount of space and Sona is kind enough to provide many necessities. We especially loved sitting out on the deck! If we’re ever back in OCMD we know where to stay! Highly recommend :)
