Das renovierte, 100-jährige Ferienhaus am Sarnersee befindet sich mitten in der Schweiz und zentral im Dorf Sachseln. Es liegt an der Bahnstrecke Interlaken - Luzern und am Jakobsweg (Bruder Klaus). Viele Ausflugsziele der Zentralschweiz (z.B. Pilatus, Engelberg, Melchsee-Frutt) sind ganz in der Nähe. Das zweistöckige Haus und der Garten sind sehr familienfreundlich eingerichtet (nicht barrierefrei). Die Region ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die ganze Schweiz (Winter wie Sommer).

Die Wohnung bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit 2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank sowie ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Eine eigene kleine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und Grill runden das Angebot ab. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Wohnraum ein Bettsofa, dass sich zum Doppelbett umfunktionieren lässt. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich eine zweite 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die dazu gebucht werden kann.
