Sleeping area with a queen bed is separated from the common area where is a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a big wardrobe, dresser and a working desk. Designed in a retro-industrial style with a sea motif. Everything is a brand new- Kitchen, appliances, bathroom, washer, dryer, smart TV, DVD, furniture. Everything needed for your short or long stay in Sofia is provided. IMPORTANT! Due to the recent situation with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we take all precautions and we put hygiene in the first place especially now. After each check out the apartment is cleaned with high-class detergents and everything is sanitized. If there is a stronger odour than usual it is because of the stronger detergent we use to clean it.

We are happy to offer our completely renovated apartment. To rebuild and design our property we used mainly natural materials and we didn't save anything to accomplish our goal and make this condo perfect. Everything in the apartment is new, done with a lot of heart and desire. The exceptional location in the best living area in Sofia would give peace to anyone, whether in town on business or pleasure. Uhhhh, you would be silly not to stay here. This is probably the best located apartment in Sofia. You're next to a subway line and have a great view from the balcony. It's in a great, safe neighborhood. The inside was spacious, charming, and had everything I needed. Ah, the shower was excellent. All in all, 10/10.

Tudor and Elena’s place is amazing! It is located in one of the coolest, most vibrant and urban neighborhoods filled with caffes and restaurants but it is also peaceful at night which makes it perfect :D Nearby are two parks where you can enjoy people watching or just a walk in nature. Apartment is in walkable distance from all the must see things, but trams, buses and metro are also a short walk from it. Tudor is a responsive and friendly host, whatever information you neeed, he will not hesitate to help you out! Can’t wait to come back to Sofia again and stay at Tudor and Elena’s place. We recommend it wholeheartetly. Thank you for everything!

Highly recommended. The apartment is compact but logically organized and charmingly decorated. I enjoyed the quiet of the building and the neighborhood, and the proximity to Zaimov Park as well as to the city center. Numerous tram and bus lines are nearby, and the metro can be easily reached via a short, pleasant walk. Elvira is a most generous and personable host -- a rare human being in an Airbnb world that has become so corporate and impersonal. This ranks among my favorite stays ever and I would happily return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Sofia apartment! The space was spotless, spacious, and full of natural light, with three comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for our group. We loved the open living area and the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for relaxed meals at home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in the heart of the city. The check-in process was seamless and the host was extremely responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. Two modern bathrooms meant no waiting, and strong WiFi made it easy to stay connected. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone visiting Sofia—it exceeded our expectations and made our visit memorable!
