Oak house - exceptional design and location..

We are happy to offer our completely renovated apartment. To rebuild and design our property we used mainly natural materials and we didn't save anything to accomplish our goal and make this condo perfect. Everything in the apartment is new, done with a lot of heart and desire. The exceptional location in the best living area in Sofia would give peace to anyone, whether in town on business or pleasure. It will also take you not more than 5-20min walk to reach the hot spots in the city.

Uhhhh, you would be silly not to stay here. This is probably the best located apartment in Sofia. You're next to a subway line and have a great view from the balcony. It's in a great, safe neighborhood. The inside was spacious, charming, and had everything I needed. Ah, the shower was excellent. All in all, 10/10.

The place was spotless and located on a quiet, peaceful street — perfect for a relaxing stay. Kamen was incredibly responsive and made everything super easy. The only minor issue was finding a parking spot, but since it was the weekend and we were constantly on the move with the car, it wasn’t a big deal. I’d happily stay here again!

Highly recommended. The apartment is compact but logically organized and charmingly decorated. I enjoyed the quiet of the building and the neighborhood, and the proximity to Zaimov Park as well as to the city center. Numerous tram and bus lines are nearby, and the metro can be easily reached via a short, pleasant walk. Elvira is a most generous and personable host -- a rare human being in an Airbnb world that has become so corporate and impersonal. This ranks among my favorite stays ever and I would happily return.

location - near center city, walkable. Many choices for food, drinks. Great Coffee shop right below, baked goods. There's a Billa (supermarket with all the necessities, including a well stocked alcohol section) within a stone's throw. Apartment - very clean. Some of the amenities truly appreciated were a washing machine. There is a classic aluminum espresso "kettle" there, but we chose to get coffee from the coffee shop below. Although this a relatively busy location, it was quiet at night. Sofia is a safe city.

Great place to stay in. Newly built, literally 2 min away grocery stores, the subway and other public transport. Clean and sunny, just like the pictures. Matey was very responsive and helpful host. There was coffee provided as well as some small cooking condiments. Would definitely visit it again :) The only minor minus I can think of was that there was only one big towel provided, but there were plenty of other smaller towels, so that was not really an issue for us.
