A freshly renovated holiday home with a swimming pool (from mid April to mid October) awaits you with a direct view of Lake Sarnen and the Swiss Alps. Here you can escape your everyday life perfectly and enjoy full privacy. You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming pavilion with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, fire up the fireplace, cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a mass storage is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. There is a kitchen available, about 20 m from the cottage. On request, we will provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

Beautiful villa with lots of charm and space and wonderful views of the village and the mountains. The residential area couldn't be better. Quiet and exclusive, slightly elevated and parallel to the village road. Restaurants, shopping, cinema, public bath, everything within walking distance. The outdoor pool is heated from May to September and can be used depending on the weather.
