The high-quality features include a king-size bed, sofa bed, modern kitchen, and air conditioning for a pleasant indoor climate. The garden with seasonal pool and sauna is located in the neighboring house and can be used by guests. Pool is seasonal. Sauna available from November to April, use upon request. Baby cot available on request.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Beautiful villa with lots of charm and space and wonderful views of the village and the mountains. The residential area couldn't be better. Quiet and exclusive, slightly elevated and parallel to the village road. Restaurants, shopping, cinema, public bath, everything within walking distance. The outdoor pool is heated from May to September and can be used depending on the weather.
