Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

In the lower area, it has about 35 square meters with equipped Kitchen, bathroom and also offers a spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding fields and mountains. A slightly steeper staircase leads to the upper area, which is a sleeping area (a Bedroom: 1 x DB plus mattresses -> max. 4 pers.). The house's swimming beach is a 7-minute walk away. TV no, Wi-Fi yes!

Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.
