^As of now AIR BNB has changed their billing policy. Their fee is now hidden in the daily price 4 Season Rustic Cabin with luxurious feel and first class views. *Lake Orion has a modern downtown while still trying to hold on the the small town charm. Clarkston & Rochester offer a change of scenery or different night life. Both within 15 minutes. *Offers awesome back way into Pine Knob music Theatre. 15-20 minutes. *Sorry No Pets...Too many issues in the past. people ruin it for others.

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.
