The hall office is lovely! The surroundings and tranquility is amazing, the cottage has everything you can imagine you need and then some. A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and what we appreciated the most: the incredibly lovely outdoor shower, and the outdoor kitchen that made cooking the highlight of the day. We visited Utö after high season and wow what an experience. Fall colors, sunny days by bike around the island and many nice and quiet hours in wonderful Hallontorpet. Everything we could want and more!

Very nice and fresh accommodation. Really quiet and calm. Was perfect place for us, as we had errands in Södertälje and the southern parts of Stockholm. We had a child who could play freely here. That is, much better options than hotels.

We had a really wonderful stay, the cottage was very small, but sugar sweet, clean and totally sufficient for two people. The bathroom is very small but also completely sufficient. The amenities include everything you need and more. The surroundings and location were a dream. We'll be back any time! Josefine was also very friendly and accommodating, we felt very comfortable

We had a few lovely, quiet days to ourselves. The view of the water is simply amazing. The apartment has everything you need, simple but practical. Very nice hosts. We felt at home straight away.

Our family, (parents and 2 girls, 13j & 17j) had a wonderful stay in Thomas & Pamelas house. It is very peaceful and quiet, so if youre looking to "get away from it all", this is definitely the place. The beach is a short 5 min walk through the lovely pine forest and also for kids, this is no problem. The beach is lovely and clean, as is the water. The house is very pretty. Lots of sunshine on the table at breakfast time, a nice terrasse, and even the occasional visit from a small deer from the forest, in the early mornings. Thomas is a very helpful and responsive host. He gave us several good tips for excursions and what to do and helped us with our questions. Checkin is automatic and you do it on your own and i t works just fine. The house is well equipped, we found lacking of nothing. As a result we can wholeheartedly recommend this place. We had a great time there and we would stay there again. If you want to experience Sweden, this, is as good as it gets.

Can’t recommend this gem enough! Absolutely beautiful house in the middle of nature with a sauna right on the water. We are leaving after 5 amazing days and hope to come back in the coming years. Niklas is super responsive and helpful, plenty of tips about the surroundings and super easy experience getting settled in. The Kitchen is also one of the best equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever seen!

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The apartment is cosy, looks just like in the pictures. The times for check-in and check-out were flexible. communication with Fredrik was super easy and friendly. Would always recommend the Airbnb - also because of the low price. thanks!
