Looking for an escape from the city? Our house with 5 rooms + kitchenette (125m²) in the village of Sány u Poděbrad offers 3 rooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms and 2 parking spaces. The jewel is a 1000m² garden with a conservatory, a terrace with a grill, and a 7.32x3.66m swimming pool. There's a kids' corner inside, and in the garden we're preparing a sandbox, a playhouse with a slide, swings, and a fire pit. We are currently renovating and improving the house and garden, and we will be updating the photos on an ongoing basis. This location is perfect for family and cycling trips.

Modern country house Lipník

Beautiful cottage set in the center of a village surrounded by beautiful forests. In the village there are several playgrounds for sports activities for adults or children (football, basketball, petanque, etc.), a small well-equipped shop and a pub. I live in the house with my sons and dog, so I do not recommend accommodation for allergy sufferers. I cordially invite you to Lipnik, a place with a wonderful atmosphere, where nature and well-being await you. In the area up to 10 km there are wonderful excursions: Mirakulum park, Loucen castle, Vsejany swimming pool, Jivak, bike trails, horses

The house is located 100 meters from the Elbe River on a bike path about 4km from the town of Nymburk. Doubrava is a small village. About 300 meters from the house, there is a pen with the possibility of bathing in clean water. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. You'll love my place because of its cozyness and peace of mind including a large garden. If you love cycling, fishing, or canoeing, you're at a good address. My place is great for couples and families (with kids).
