Welcome to a cozy house perfect for families or for those of you who want to get out in the countryside and relax. The house is in a quiet and family-friendly area, about 7 km from the center of Nykvarn and about 40 minutes by car to Stockholm. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchen/living room and laundry room. Large terrace with barbecue and hot tub (summer time). On the property, there is a playhouse and swings 🙂 We are flexible with check-in and check-out as far as possible and are happy to make the stay as smooth as possible for you.

Welcome to our simple holiday home with a large plot. A small main house with two bedrooms and year-round standard and a small guest house with a double bed. Both houses have AC. Our cabin is perfect for families with children who are looking for something simple with all facilities. The lake with a hidden wonderful little jetty with evening sun is 3 minutes away. If you'd rather play on the beach, walk 3 minutes in the other direction.

A charming guest house of 22 sqm with sofa bed and sleeping loft out in the countryside. Around the house is a chicken coop, garden and views of scenic Taxinge. With just under 2 km to Taxinge Castle, there are good opportunities to experience the "tile castle" through a walk or short drive. Great starting point for traveling around and discovering Södermanland's nature, but also Greater Stockholm.

Välkommen till detta härliga hus vid Vidbynäs golfbana. Med detta hus får ni tillgång till egen golfbil. Huset har ett fullt utrustat kök, två badrum med både dusch och badkar samt tre sovrum med två dubbelsängar och en enkelsäng. På tomten finns en stor härlig altan med grillar, stort matbord samt loungeyta. Det finns också en lekställning samt en studsmatta för barnen.

Small guest cottage with private bathroom in a quiet sunny location. 80 m to the lake shore with swimming beach, barbecue area and rowboat. 20-minute walk to the bus stop with connection to Järna and Södertälje. We live here on the hill with family and rent the guest cottage on a weekly basis when we don't have any visitors.
