Relax with up to 2 families in this newly-renovated summer house located 200 meters from the water's edge and surrounded by a relaxing pine forest that makes your shoulders sink. The main house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (2+2+2 beds of which 2 double beds and a bunk bed). The small cottage houses 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (2+2 beds of which 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed). Around the entire cottage there is a terrace that, regardless of the time of day, has possible sunny spots. In addition, there is a glassed-in patio with infrared heating for cool evenings.

If you have not always wanted to stay in an old school, the Old School is a converted one. Here you will find a nice apartment of 75 sqm and a pleasant accommodation. Access to an orangery where you can light the stove, have a glass of wine and barbecue. A great place to stay overnight, in a quiet and nice environment. You have about 700 meters to Sandstrand. At the beach, you have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar and miniature golf. If you want to take a trip down to Österlen, it takes 30 minutes by car. Included: Bedding Toilet paper and paper towels Hand towel and shower towel Dishwashing liquid, dish brush and dish towel. You do a simpler final cleaning. Do the dishes, throw out the garbage, and remove the bed linens, along with towels, and put them in the washing machine

Located peaceful, private and almost "on" the beach. As many people wish to rent our accommodation during high season, we prioritize longer bookings and in close connection with other previous bookings. At least 3 days' stay and the guest cleans up after himself.
