The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. In the garden, there are several opportunities for seating and the porch offers a beautiful view of fields and meadows.

Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Cosy river house.

Traditional country house facing the River "Emån" known for its excellent fishing. Evening sun on the outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. A place to read and relax or try the cayac on the river. The river is shallow, about 1 meter deep and swimming is ok, also it is 3 km to övrasjön for a nice beach. Lazy days strolling in the forest picking lingonberries, mushrooms or blueberries or relaxing in the hammock, you decide. 139 types of birds has been seen here!
