It was a very nice stay. The condo is located near the stadium and the strip. Check in was easy and the area felt secure. Kevin was very responsive and communicative. The condo was clean and as shown in the pictures . I would definitely stay again!

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Stay was comfortable. All the facilities were available. It's 6 to 8 minutes away from the strip on the taxi which normally charges 8 to 10$.Peaceful locality.

My stay at this Airbnb in Las Vegas was exceptional from start to finish! The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the Strip, which made exploring all the attractions incredibly easy and convenient. Being in the middle of everything saved so much time and made our trip much more enjoyable. The highlight of this Airbnb was undoubtedly the spectacular view. Overlooking the Bellagio water show and the Paris Eiffel Tower was breathtaking, especially at night. We loved watching the mesmerizing water display and the glittering Eiffel Tower right from our window – it was truly a memorable experience. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a prime location with stunning views in Las Vegas.

My wife and I really enjoyed our first time in Vegas at Patrick’s condo at the Signature. Everything was exactly as expected. The indoor walk to MGM grand is quick. From MGM Grand you can easily walk over to New York New York and Excalibur. Easy walk outdoors to the strip as well. We used the valet and there was never a wait. Getting Lyft and Ubers was very easy as well. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we have an opportunity to return.

The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view of Vegas, clean amenities, hot water, and cool AC! Khalida was very responsive and met all our needs will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I felt like I hit the jackpot before I ever got to LasVegas. This place was awesome! I’m picky, very picky but I loved it. I would have loved a better coffee maker and some quality coffee. However for those who are Starbucks fans then is one right downstairs. The bed was very comfy. We are definitely coming back! Next time for a week.

We had a great stay! We loved the comfy rooms, the game area, the speakers, and the great basketball hoop. The pool slide is also really fun. 15 min to everything we wanted to see in Vegas. It was great to have an oasis in the sun. Zohar was extremely communicative and made our trip very easy

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Henderson! It was the perfect spot for our family of 9. It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was great! Close enough to Fremont and the Las Vegas Strip for day trips, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The house itself was stunning. The pool area was a hit with the whole family, and the teepee was such a unique and serene touch. I even spent one quiet morning reading out there. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the kitchen and bar area had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Great location for getting from and to the airport, and close to strip (12 min.) too. Nice neighborhood, but it’s off a fairly busy street with some car noise. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The house is roomy and comfortable. Definitely recommend it for families, but also great for multiple people. Its location also makes it perfect for people who don’t want to rent a vehicle as Uber or Lyft should be affordable. Our host Ava was great and quick to respond to my questions.

It was a great place to stay near the strip. Private pool was wonderful. The guys enjoyed the game room. It was well stocked with necessary items. We loved it.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Hosts were flexible and responsive, especially when I needed to extend my stay last minute. The place was peaceful and perfect for our dogs thanks to the spacious backyard. One note for EV drivers: the Tesla charger didn’t work with our Polestar 2 (likely due to amperage differences), but we were able to use our 120V charger just fine—it was slower, but did the job. Probably no issue for Teslas! Would definitely stay again!

The location was super convenient—close enough to all the action but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood so we could relax after a night out. The house itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Our host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. Allowing us to check-in a couple hours earlier. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Vegas, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!
