Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nyandarua County

We had 4 lovely nights at Agnes' place and were very comfortable. The studio unit is in a corner of the estate with a view of Lake Naivasha through the front door and kitchen windows. The grounds have beautiful Acacias and well-tended gardens. The place is peaceful and has lots of birds. A Hippo came to graze at night. Check-in was straightforward and Debra was reachable and prompt to communicate and help us, including arranging a mechanic to jumpstart our car battery. The house is well-equipped for a short stay for a couple. Wifi is present but weak. Bfast at Agnes' resto was included and hearty. We rented bikes from outside Agnes' restaurant to bike in Hellsgate Park. It was a good trip but customer service from the bike rental was unsatisfactory. After paying upfront, including for drop and pickup of the bikes from the park, they refused to pick without more payment. So, it was very challenging and frustrating to bring the bikes back. Not Agnes' fault but clients be advised.

Beautiful home in the middle of Camp Carnallys! Definitely wish I had been able to stay more than one night with my 6 female friends.

An absolute dream spot on 200 acres of exclusive parkland next to the lake with giraffe and zebra’s walking through your garden. The cottage is utterly charming. Old school rustic but made beautifully comfortable by a doting team. The home made food delivered to the cottage was some of the best we have eaten in Kenya. A truly hidden gem. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

We were warmly received, a hot bowl of butternut soup included 😁. The place felt homely and plenty of space all around. Our host was extremely helpful and detail oriented leaving us with a very positive experience. Did I mention there's a kitchen garden!

I highly recommend Patrick's house. The location is excellent, very close to the lakeside pier, and the house is beautiful, especially the small garden in front of the house, which is well maintained, with large open parking space, good Wi-Fi signal, and a fully equipped kitchen. Patrick and Peter are also very enthusiastic and patiently and actively solve all our problems. We spent a pleasant two nights here and will definitely go there again!

We loved our stay at Wongani's beautiful stone cottage in the midst of a wilderness reserve. The home is off the beaten path, and we were stunned by the beauty and closeness of nature - driving by zebras, giraffes, warthogs, and other creatures on the way up the mountain, plus the stunning views from the home overlooking Lake Naivasha. It was better than we could have expected. The home is perfect for a family, or for a group, with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen and food prep area, and comfortable places to hang out in the home and outside on the patio or yard. It is so thoughtfully designed and decorated too - it felt homey and welcoming. It was truly a special experience spending a weekend there, and we hope to come back soon!

What we loved most was that the location was so convenient. The place was neat, tidy and spacious. Better than we expected.! 😃 Ann the host and Jane the house keeper maintained good communication. We had a great time!

Very sweet place. staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, food is very good, the chef really knows about his craft. (and also, ask Vanessa about Mother's Kitchen, amazing restaurant in town) when going there: the name at the entrance sais "Guest house Jane" - super easy to find if knowing this ;-) thanks Vanessa, really enjoyed my stay. Definitely a recommendation for staying in Naivasha.

Ol jorok cabins exceeded all our expectations and delivered an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, Sara went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. When we encountered car troubles on our way, she stepped in immediately, sending assistance and ensuring we were well taken care of. Her communication was flawless throughout. The cabins themselves are simply stunning—far better than the photos! The ambiance is serene and inviting, truly a home away from home. Surrounded by fresh air and absolute tranquility, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I can’t wait to return and will wholeheartedly recommend Ol Jorok Cabins to family and friends as the ideal getaway spot. A special mention goes to Peter, the chef recommended by Sara—he was absolutely incredible! Every meal was a delight, with top-notch flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed each day. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Carolynes place was exceptional. It was picturesque , clean and had all amenities as described and more. The views of lake Elementaita are unbelievable. Pictures on airbnb don’t even capture how beautiful it is. I would definitely book again. I didn’t want to leave.

Ben's place is paradise. I joked to him that his place is the Eden. We got there late; the place was very ready for us. A crackling fire set the warmth. It felt like a second honeymoon. I went to paradise and never wanted to leave.
