It was an amazing experience, beautiful green surroundings with fruit trees, avocado , banana apples and some I’m not familiar with! The breeze was great compared to the heat of the streets and no vehicle noise. We had our coffee on the patio every morning listening to the variety of birds singing. The bed was comfortable and soft and the kitchen had good variety of dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom was clean with good storage. Always plenty of hot water even in the faucets which I find rare. There was plenty of storage for clothes etc. Shivaram was always available, he had many friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property is off the main road among other upscale compounds and safety was no concern. Stores are nearby. I’m happy I have found a place that I will definitely return to! This place is surrounded by beautiful Mountains fresh air gorgeous very beautiful views bit far from town but believe me This place is gem for nature lovers streets are very nice u can do long peaceful walks. There are plenty of little stores to get everything u need. Rajesh was super helful from day 1 he guided thru whole stay and replies immediately any kind of help support he was there always. His brother bipin and his family are very nice and friendly i felt like home.The apartment has beautiful interior and very well equiped kitchen u will find everything in kitchen. The room was clean and has beautiful views. The terrace view is so beautiful. This place will be in my favorites.❤❤❤

Having nice and peacefull time.

Devendra’a place was perfect for what we needed. It’s in a cute neighbourhood that had everything we needed. The taxi rank was a 10 minute walk and then a short Taxi to Thamel or Monkey Temple. Devendra was always quick to respond and even helped us organise a transfer to the airport. We had a great stay!

This apartment in Kathmandu is located outside the tourist area which I loved. You feel more like a local, whilst being approx 20 min walk from Thamel. It is in a quiet area, away from the road. Nice clean room and beds were quite comfy. Host is easy to communicate with. Great location, walking distance from where the buses leave to Pokhara.

Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

Such a wonderful stay! My husband and I did the home stay and cooking class and it exceeded expectations. The family is so incredibly kind and it is such a unique and amazing experience to stay here. Highly recommend!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

Great place to stay in KTM. Feels like home. Easily walkable to Thamel but not right inside of all the hustle and bustle. Very friendly host and other staff at Sal’s Pizza. Delicious and fresh pizzas and other food available right downstairs. Highly recommend!

Alisha Rai is exceptionally trustworthy, dependable, and supportive in all her endeavors. She is consistently friendly, approachable, and responsive. I wholeheartedly recommend her accommodation for an overnight stay. Overall, Alisha is a consummate professional in customer relations and comes highly recommended.
