Kilua Villa, located in Matemwe is steps from the sea with a sandy beach and perfect views of Mnemba island. It is Matemwe’s premier ocean front villa offering comfort and casual elegance. The villa is perfect for groups, family gatherings and reunions. It offers spacious living areas, 4 en-suite bedrooms, a patio, a large private garden with an infinity swimming pool. Services include a house manager, daily cleaning, chef, laundry, free WiFi. Airport transfer is available at extra charge.

Villa “AnTa” for ocean lovers! (4 rooms with AC)

The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches in Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk away. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a gazebo and parking lot on the premises.

This wonderful house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with an open living and dining area and a wonderful place to sit outside to enjoy the garden and the sunset. Nyumbani, translates into „feel at home“, with locally handcrafted furniture and a real Zanzbarian door the villa invites you to your home on Zanzibar! The most beautiful beaches are only a short walking distance (10-15min) away. It is a very safe area with international neighbors. All rooms are with AC.

The room is being cleaned once per week for longer stays. And there is a washing machine free to use if needed. It's 20-25 minutes walking to Nungwi or Kendwa beach, or 5 minutes with a car or tuktuk. We help you to arrange transport if needed 😊

En 5 minutes à pied vous serez sur la place principale de Nungwi où vous trouverez des petits supermarchés, des souvenirs et plein de restaurants. Il s'agit d'un des meilleurs emplacement à Nungwi.
