The second floor of this two-story guest house is a private space. There is no shared space with guests on the first floor. Located in the heart of Fujiyoshida City, there is a convenience store, restaurants, a 100 yen shop, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. You can see the beautiful Mt. Fuji from the room window. Arakurayama Sengen Park, famous for Mt. Fuji and the Five Storied Pagoda, and Fujikyu Highland No. 2 Entrance are about a 10-minute drive away. It is located between Yamanakako village and Kawaguchiko town, so it is convenient for sightseeing around the five lakes of Mt. Fuji by car. The host lives opposite, so please ask anything. There are two bedrooms, one for two people and one for four people. (Bedding will only be provided for the number of people booked) The kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and dishes for simple cooking. Bathroom with bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, body soap, rinse in shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, and detergent. The TV is tuner-less and cannot watch TV shows. Yukio is very friendly, and warm hearted. He even prepared a bus schedule in the room. Very recommended for group and families. The house is old but well maintained, with all essential facilities for family living. Highly appreciated and recommended.

This place was an absolutely wonderful stay. Kaori was very responsive and welcomed us with a bag of pastries. The place was very spacious and very clean. The location is also phenomenal as the island has been a highlight of our trip around Japan so far. Amazing for the price. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsuko’s house, and the view on the sea was amazing! The house is comfortable to stay for longer periods, with more than enough cooking utensils, cutlery and plates and cups for cooking. Definitely visit the local hotspring, and Manyo park in Yugawara for a relaxed day out. There are also some local busses for commuting to the nearest supermarkets.

Rumi was an awesome host and her place is so well equipped and relaxing. We went in early Spring when it was still very cold and the place was warm and cosy, the living room gets so much sunlight, feels spacious and inviting. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen a few nights and also went to some nearby restaurants. There’s an awesome sourdough pizza place called Fermenco about a 30 min walk away that we loved. And if you come in summer there are so many beaches around but you’ll need a car to get around. Can’t recommend Rumi’s house high enough!

Comfortable stay at Haletto House Koshigoe. Plenty of space for two adults and a seven month old baby. The home has a lot of charm and character. Very close to Koshigoe station, small local supermarket and excellent bakery. Coffee shop outside the front door. overall, a neat place to enjoy the Shonan Coast.

Situated within the woods, very quiet and peaceful area. Not touristy and easily accessed by car (although walkable to the lake by foot, it s pretty steep hilly road so may not be suitable to walk for elderly). Very cosy and clean place. highly recommend!

The shower was broken, so I sent a message, but they handled it with sincerity right away.It was very helpful.There was also a washing machine, and there were even dishes for children, so it was good. The host is very wonderful, so I'd love to stay again when I travel to Odawara.
