Beautiful house! Very friendly and always helpful host! The photos are very accurate, a beautiful place to spend time with the family! Divine nature!! Those little touches of toothbrushes are appreciated! The delicious watermelon inside the refrigerator, having tea, coffee, ice available! towels! Great touches!! 👌👌🙏🙏 Very grateful to the hosts! Jairo and Ashley were amazing hosts- very friendly helpful and generous. We had some complications with our arrival and they were incredibly kind and understanding. The house is very comfortable- the AC is a real plus for El Paredon. The rooftop space with the hammocks is the perfect place to unwind when it's too hot on the beach. There is tea/coffee/salt/oil aplenty which makes all the difference when you have a whole house to yourself. Everything you need is in walking distance and there are 2 bikes on the property. Thanks guys, we will be back for sure!

The view from the beach house is incredible! My friends and I spent a long weekend basically never leaving the pool. Each room had its own ensuite and was super private and all had ocean views. Wifi was very fast -- I was able to work remotely and take video calls easily. Special shoutout to Abner and Anna who took great care of the villa while we were there. Cacho was super helpful with arranging taxis and giving us local recommendations. It's also a close walk to the town so you really don't need a car there. We walked on the beach to town almost every night. And the sunsets! Soooo gorgeous from the black sand beach. Even though there is no AC, we kept cool at night with the fans and leaving the doors open. There is one queen bed in each room with bunk beds with smaller beds so it's great for families, smaller groups (like us, we had 4 sleep comfortably), but 12 large adults may find it a bit crowded. I definitely recommend this villa if you're in Guatemala! Thanks, Cacho!

It is an extraordinary place to relax, Carmen is an excellent host, in general the place is as seen in the photos, the beds are comfortable, there is enough parking and the beach is a few meters away, the attention of the staff that attends Carmen is respectful and feels very comfortable to spend a few pleasant days. Consider that the beds that are in bunk their stands are somewhat steep, if you are bringing children consider that detail. But everything is great.

Daniel's attention was excellent with all our questions. The house is very spacious and has very nice environments to share with the family and have a relaxing and pleasant stay. Katherine is the person who welcomes you to the house and apart from being very helpful, she also helps out for a small fee with preparing meals. It's a great help to forget about the day-to-day and be able to relax to the fullest.

Absolutely outstanding🌟. From the very beginning, communication with Irene & Benjamin was flawless! Always attentive, kind, and making sure everything was perfect for our arrival and throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, with a delightful scent that clearly reflected the level of care and cleanliness. Both the cleanliness and communication were 100% excellent. Can’t even begin to express of how beautiful Alejandra’s home is…. The pictures don’t do any justice to the house, the cleaning person Irma is amazing and very friendly, the house has everything you need, very well maintained and equipped. My family had a great time and we were al extremely satisfied with the house and all its amenities. All the rooms and big and very spacious, bathrooms are super super clean, overall the house is very well maintained. I hope to be back soon, this is definitely my home away from home :)

If there's one thing that stands out about this house, it's Jorge's service. He was always attentive, from the day we booked it until the day we left. The house is very complete, it has everything you need: a water jug, food utensils, toilet paper, sheets, bath towels and towels for pool use. We went on a family trip with small children and the children were the ones who enjoyed it the most! We used the complex's grill, jacuzzi and pool, everything was very comfortable, I definitely recommend it!
