The paradisiacal houseboat La Péniche is moored at the jetty of the natural harbor Rieth at the very outer berth. We have designed the boat so that you have incredible views of the sea from all large windows and terraces and experience fairytale sunsets on the lagoon. You will love the design of the decor. After a walk in your boat sauna, cooling off in the lagoon and with a glass of wine on the sun deck, you will not want to leave the boat.

Apartment on the Szczecin Lagoon

Our apartment is located on a peninsula in a unique location - from one side only 100 m from Lake Neuwarp, from the other side only about 80 m from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and relaxed walks by the water. In our small town you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. A supermarket is located only about 500 m from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.

The Pomeranian country market is just a few steps away and offers food for everyday needs. A ferry connection "Lütt Matten" takes pedestrians and cyclists to Neuwarp (Poland).

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Free rowboat use in Rieth included (May to October). Welcome to Seevogelhof! Our charming three-sided farm is located on the edge of the small village of Rieth, just a few steps away from the Rieth natural harbor and the idyllic swimming area. The former colonial house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and has seen many residents come and go in its more than 250-year history.

Farmer's Cottage

Far from the big city, our "Farmer's Cottage" is located on a picturesque plot on the edge of the forest reserve "Wiejkowski las". Here you can experience complete peace and pure nature! A walk through the forest, past numerous swamps and lakes, relaxing reading a book by the fireplace or a trip to the nearby Baltic Sea? All this and much more is what you can excpect here!

"Cozy wooden cottage"

We offer you a wooden year-round cottage (80m2) with three bedrooms located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000m2 plot, where you can park your cars.
