NO STRESS in Sunset apartment with garden

SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Also, the apartment is soooooo close to: Paklenica NP, river Zrmanja, North Velebit Nature Park, Modric cave, Zadar, Nin, Plitvice Lakes NP, Krka Waterfalls NP, Kornati islands NP ... ACTIVITIES: By moving just a few km from apartment you can enjoy the sea, mountain, river, lake, cave. ...You can be sunbaithing, swimming, walking, rafting, trekking, hiking, free climbing, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, or bungee jumping! NEW information: We have swimming pool in 2018. Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, just outside the little town of Novigrad. The whole area of this north Dalmatian town is suitable for hiking thanks to the vicinity of the gorgeous mountain of Velebit. If you want see location where are the filmed movie Winnetou my place is the best choice for you. You need 20 min by car, or 30 min by boat to river Zrmanja and mountain Velebit.
