Total privacy, no one has a view of the interior of the house, a dead-end street and no circulation, only if there was noise from the birds. The house is in the downtown neighborhood, but obviously with its profile not on the central avenue where there are only buildings, but it's not even 2 minutes by car. It is possible to walk, but there is a stretch of slope on the access street and the house has stairs.

Street parking is available in front of the accommodation. Friburguense Stadium a few meters away, easy to get to. We have 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a sofa bed. 1 suite with an open kitchen. We are facing the street, without stairs, with easy access.

Parking space for 1 car, but it is possible to park other cars in front of the house. Our house is located 600 meters from the lake and Lumiar square and 100 meters from Mercadinho Moura next to Vila Mozer with direct access by asphalt.
