We offer a great base to explore the Calvados and Normandy region and are just a few kilometers from St Sever Forest. This first floor apartment is spacious and newly renovated. It can be booked independently for up to 4 people or with our ground floor apartment which sleeps up to 6 people.

In the countryside 3.5km outside of Sourdeval this house offers a great base from which to explore all that Normandy has to offer. Welcome to 'La Jolie Petite Maison' our charming, recently renovated 18th century cottage, set in half acre of garden with views of the hills. The garden has an allocated space for alfresco dining. We have a child friendly garden with an enclosed splash pool (seasonal) and patio area, play area with swings, a football net, and facilities to play badminton. *Please note the splash pool is not heated*

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.
