A warm, comfortable and soothing accommodation... This is what we wanted to release by renovating this 60 m2 waterfront apartment (a large room, a living room, an equipped American-style kitchen) and its terrace of 18 m2 overlooking the lake and the mountains of Fort Dauphin. A common garden of 1000 m2, with kayak at your disposal if you like. A 10-minute walk from the center, 3 minutes by taxi or car, you will be very well located.

A charming house is set amidst greenery, featuring a red roof and decorative wooden panels. Surrounding plants and trees provide a natural ambiance. The house's exterior is a combination of light blue walls and stone foundations, with a grassy area leading up to the entrance.

Brand new house, just finished.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk down to the beach, restaurant bars main road go through centre of town and market. the view from the house is breath taking looking over the main beach and the wonderful old volcanic mountains, lakes and to finish it off a magical sunset.!
