The house is wonderful, very comfortable! We could spend the whole day in it, the outdoor area is very pleasant, the pool is clean and very good, the water is warm at the end of the day, because the sun hits it, everything is very good! The accommodations are comfortable and the house was clean, in the kitchen the items they had met our needs. It was great! Mr. Elias was very nice and kind. We would definitely return to this house.

The place was amazingly decorated, much better than the pictures and Maria was an incredible host, super friendly and responsible. The house is super comfortable to spend the day and great quality of sleep. Perfect for big groups or families, we loved and intent to come come back soon

The accommodation was good, I only recommend it if Mrs. Josete continues to rent out her property, that she invest in installing air conditioning in the other room, as the heat is unbearable now in the summer, and she may even charge more in the daily rate for the resistance.

Very good stay, the very attentive and polite Sandro, helped in everything we needed, the great location of the house, nothing to complain about. We will be back for sure. 10/10

The host is congratulated, the house is exactly as it is on the listing, well-equipped, air-conditioned in the bedrooms and kitchen, clean pool, towels and clean sheets, fully equipped kitchen!!! Quiet Neighborhood, about 10 min drive to watchman's edge, nearby markets. I really enjoyed the stadia.

The house is very beautiful and the photos match what you find. The house is very spacious, highlighting the barbecue area, which makes the space very pleasant. In addition, on the edge of the balcony facing Rio is an invitation for the contemplation of nature. We had a problem with the showers and toilet flushing, which was very unpleasant, but it's already solved for the next guests. Alceu and Edmilson are excellent hosts, with quick answers and always willing to solve any question that has arisen. They unfolded to make the experience the best possible. We really recommend staying in Paraíso do Rio!

Ivan's estaco is perfect for those who want to rest and recharge. Close to the beach of Aruama, close to the markets and restaurants. I super recommend !!! I will come back other times.

Excellent stay for those who want to rest, the atmosphere is extremely quiet and you can even hear the noise of the sea. The owner is very friendly and is willing to help us always.

Roque is a spectacular host, a dear, an extremely nice and intelligent person. The house is another spectacle apart with a wonderful decoration, super clean, large yard both in the front and in the back, very well maintained with barbecue and shower. The 2 bedrooms have air-conditioning, in the living room and in the master bedroom there is cable TV with many channels available. The location is perfect in an excellent neighborhood, in the middle of the city and 2 blocks from the beach, close to everything, pharmacies, markets and etc. Anyway, I recommend Roque's accommodation without a doubt.

For those who want tranquility here is the place

Laís was extremely helpful when we needed her. The apartment is well described, and has all the necessary accommodation for a stay. In our case, the trip was just me and my mom, so we had even more space. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the kitchen and laundry area are extremely spacious and pleasant. The TV is a very high point of the apartment, it seems to me that Laís has a chromecast, very practical for watching movies and series as a family. Points we really liked: the location, we are one block from the beach and very close to the tourist market, in addition if you have a car for the tours, as in our case, you leave the tumult of the watchtower and stay in a safe and quieter place, of similar quality and with a better cost-benefit; the television; the space of the apartment; and Laís' attention and care to serve us well. Points that can improve (suggestions): the living room sofa; the air conditioning in the second bedroom (power); an air conditioner in the living room would be amazing.

I really like the residence, it's a cozy and very quiet place. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and proved available to solve some unforeseen events. In general I had a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for greater privacy.

We spent wonderful days at Dione's house! There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children) and we were very comfortable. Everything in the house worked perfectly, the location is excellent, quiet place!
