Situated on a hillside area of the island, the rental boasts a breathtaking view of St. Croix. Except for occasional noise from distant areas, the area is typically very quiet. It is a one-of-a-kind setting where individuals can unwind/work without interruption. Notably, special discounts are offered to Soldiers/Mil Ret/Vets, & Return Guests. Teachers/Emergency Svc workers are also welcome. For 14+ days stay, an add’l discount will be considered. Discount will be based on the length of the stay.

Guest suite is attached to a private home that sits alone on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Private entrance with queen size bed, a/c, kitchenette, coffee maker and full private bath. Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. Mornings you can often see the cowboys riding in the distance checking the cattle. The ranch was featured on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.

Our beachfront house is only 15 feet from the water's edge. The only way to be closer to the sea is to be in a boat! The house was built in 2009 and is sturdily made of insulated concrete. Each bedroom has its own balcony access overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds, as well as a nice kitchen and indoor living areas, enhance your relaxing, beach experience. Clifford was outstanding. He has a very low key and relaxed attitude. The value is def worth it. Just a quick 20 min walk to the beach and town. Quiet calm area with a great host.

A laundry area features a white washer and dryer side by side, with a utility sink positioned nearby. Natural light pours in through a small window, illuminating the tiled floor and enhancing the clean and functional environment.

This is hard to write because I want it to remain a secret! It is seriously the best. You will spend your days out and near the beaches but it something special to spend your nights cozied up in the rainforest and listening to all the wonderful creatures. The views are tremendous and the house is amazing. Margaret goes above and beyond to be helpful and offer advice and details about the island, truly an amazing communicator and host. If you want to add something special to your stay, I highly recommend this very roomy, beautiful escape. Oh I almost forgot to mention all the mangoes and star fruit!

The guest suite at Aqua Villa is a very well-kept, clean, unique place to stay in Fredriksted. The description is accurate and all appliances that are provided are new looking and work properly. The host, Tarek, was not on island during our stay but was responsive and pro-active in making sure we got there and settled in . I have to give him an extra thank you as there was an issue with the water supply one day during our stay, and Tarek made sure that it was handled quickly and with a minimum of disruption to us. The layout of this apartment is a bit unusual as it wraps around the outside of the first floor of the main house. This results in a few areas with small steps/level changes to be mindful of when you first arrive. The view from the yard is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the water every night. To sum it up, our party of three adults enjoyed our comfortable stay here and would return.
