Ian's place is in a great location downtown. Very easy to walk to local restaurants and cafes, as well as enjoying the trails along the river. The underground parking is definitely a plus for winter months, as well as the large patio during the summer time!

A bright living area features large windows that provide stunning views of the lake. Comfortable seating options, including a leather sofa and armchairs, accommodate relaxation. A dining table and workspace are positioned near the windows, enhancing the inviting atmosphere with natural light.

The Old Town Landing: Lakefront Retreat (Unit 300)

George’s place was perfect. On the shores of the frozen Great Slave Lake with a large top floor balcony and facing the warm afternoon sun it was the perfect place to stay. We saw the Aurora on almost every night from our own balcony. Restaurants and bars all close by. The Old Town is definitely the place to stay rather than the downtown hotels. I will definitely be coming back and anyone wanting to see the Aurora and enjoy Yellowknife should seriously consider staying here. It was perfect. Thanks George

Loved it. Bright and beautiful, with tonnes of space and a very large comfy bed. Much nicer than staying in a hotel and less expensive. Lots of nice touches, very friendly and helpful host. The walk to downtown is quick, and if you take the trail near the house, it's a pretty walk. I've stayed at a lot of places in town and this is probably the best.

Ideal base for enjoying Whitehorse. Benjamin's apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I appreciated some of the little extras, such as two kinds of coffee maker and the Bose radio. Parking is easy and it's walkable to downtown restaurants and cafes. The host is well-organized, responsive and helpful. Whitehorse is great - I didn't want to leave!

The place is wonderful, airy and bright. The view of the lake kept us entertained during the day with activity and was amazing at night for Aurora watching. We could watch from indoors and see a wonderful show outside the windows. the balcony added to the view and the 360 view from the bush pilot monument about 1-2 mins away is breath taking when the aurora is happening. our stay here made our trip. the heated floors are also really nice when it's cold out!

Carries place was great! Very comfortable and cozy and had everything I needed. Carrie was very responsive and friendly and helped me with a later check out as well as making sure the wifi would be good enough for my work before I arrived. There was some food in the room when I arrived and lots of coffee and tea. The are is very walkable and close to the bus stop. Definitely would stay again!

We are returning to units in this building and this one was the quality that we expected - maybe a bit sparse in the kitchen small appliances but with the basics. If you want to cook or bake- make sure you check to see what’s available. When I requested some maintenance and additional supplies, the response was fast as we have come to expect with NN. We appreciate the scent free products that they use. The secure, beautiful, walkable location is really what keeps us coming back.

Great place to stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s my go to place to stay when in Whitehorse. It has been consistently good every time. Clean, quiet, good neighbourhood, and excellent communication with host.

Kitchen well equipped, with a couple of small items required—coffee filters (coffee maker is fine) and salt, pepper and a few common spices would be nice. Overall excellent accommodation at reasonable cost. Downtown and river front nearby—easy to get anywhere from.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Sylvie's place! We spent many hours talking and enjoying days/dinner together... The room has a nice view on the garden and all the place is clean. Our great experience in the Yukon.

After we came back from the Aurora chasing tour, we continued to watch Aurora from the balcony and living room until 4 AM. The light was amazing, and it wasn’t going to stop! We had to go to bed cause our next tour was 5 hours later. The next night we heard that Yellowknife was out of electricity. People were not able to check in to the hotel or buy groceries. I wasn’t sure how it affected the airport, but I heard that they couldn’t use the luggage carousel. Luckily, George was prepared. Our place was one of the only buildings that had a backup generator, so we were comfortable and warm. We really appreciate that we stayed with the best place!

Clean place to stay, Duane was friendly and very communicative. FYI ladder for the bunk bed is behind the bedroom door - not finding it was definitely on us though!

megan’s place was cute, cozy, and exactly what i needed for a night while passing through on my way to Alaska. when i was exploring pet friendly hotels in the area, all were booked so i really appreciated that megan was so accommodating to a last minute booking (especially arriving at almost 10pm). i wish i would have had more time to enjoy the space, and surrounding area! highly recommend booking, would definitely stay again in the future.

Jean's hospitality was exceptional! She was very responsive to all of my questions. Unfortunately during my stay, my friend got sick and we needed to split up our sleeping situation. Jean went above and beyond by dropping off extra linens & blankets for the couch. The Airbnb is exactly how it looks in the pictures and the description is 100% accurate. This location is walkable to downtown and has all of the necessities needed for an excellent stay!
