Hamptons Waterfront- Great Location!

My place is right on the water with your own sandy beach. A quick walk to the restaurant and dining. No worries about having a drink and getting home. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Andrew and Kenneth were excellent hosts. Some of the most professional, responsive and attentive I have experienced. The home is cozy, and the space is really well used and appointed. Some of the appliances are a bit quirky -- like the washer/dryer, which isn't very effective; and the stove/oven which the hosts are aware needs some repairs. The location is lovely. Be prepared to listen to the ducks on the lake. They can be loud even during the night. The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake for me. I nearly stayed longer, except I had another opportunity overseas.

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming waterfront apartment in Guilford, CT. The location is unbeatable—steps from the beach, with boutique shops and cafes nearby. The weather in early October was perfect—cool, crisp, and sunny, ideal for exploring. We visited the Henry Whitfield State Museum and enjoyed Guilford Center’s unique shops and eateries, especially The Spice & Tea Exchange, where we picked up amazing spice blends and teas. The apartment is cozy, with stunning views of Long Island Sound. We loved relaxing on the private patio while watching the sunset. Kim, our host, was kind, responsive, and made our stay seamless. Overall, a peaceful retreat perfect for relaxing by the water. Highly recommended!

Our family loved staying here! It was a perfect fit for us (2 adults upstairs & 2 young teen kids in their own room) + grandma downstairs (so no fall hazard!) The views were perfect and added bonus for my kids to burn off steam even in the chilly weather. The open layout downstairs worked great. We weren’t there for many meals so didn’t utilize the kitchen to its fully potential. Jonathan was very responsive and polite with any questions I had during our stay. It was a lovely place that worked out perfectly during our time spent visiting family in CT!

Gabriel & Tori’s house was perfect for two couples during a long weekend getaway! Conveniently located across from the beautiful bay and a stones throw away from Legends restaurant - it was a peaceful and clean retreat from “normal” life. Pro tip- bring a projector for the bonus room :-) 10/10, would love to stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Alan's place over Labor Day weekend and it did not disappoint. It was a beautiful setting right across from the water with a dock and walking distance to the town beach , where there are also walking paths along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the expansive front porch watching the birds and fishermen. We rented kayaks from the place around the corner. The house is very charming. There are many nooks and crannies to sit and relax and to enjoy the outdoor scenery. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The beds were comfortable with two bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. You can access the house from the back where it is only one step in and you are on the main level of the home which is really upstairs. The kitchen is more than adequate with upgraded appliances. Alan was a perfect host/ always available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!
