We really loved our stay at the Desert House. The layout of the house is terrific - we were two couples and a baby. The outdoor area between the kitchen and second bedroom and bathroom was very relaxing and we enjoyed it at all times of the day. Wonderful artworks and light fittings add to the welcoming vibe.

This is my second stay. Place is like second home!

The home was all we could have wished for, comfortable and relaxing indoors or around the pool. The home amenities were generous for cooking and bathing….plenty of towels! The location was great for exploring the local waterholes. The standard safety measures were enough. Would love to come again. Thank you Thomas and Ana

Visiting family in Darwin, I needed a place to stay between Humpty Doo and Darwin City. It was a perfect location. Easy walking distance to the shopping centre and restaurants. The house was immaculate and very inviting! Kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were spotless. A beautiful selection of bath salts and soaps made for a "spa" like experience. Nadine was very responsive with any questions we had. Be aware that there are a couple of protective pooches that live in the next couple of houses, but once they know who you are, they are okay. If need be, this is where I will be staying next time in the Darwin area and I will also be recommending to friends. Sensational!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The host gave me such a warm and friendly welcome, and made me feel comfortable right away. Their relaxed and kind nature really added to the experience. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet it's just a short walk or ride away from the city center — the perfect balance of calm and convenience. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Megan and Jacoba are warm, friendly and extremely accomodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them. There love and interest in the NT, its culture and landscape made it even more enjoyable. Looking forward to one day staying again!
