Farmstay vacation rentals in Northern Hungary

Great place! The garden is beautiful,which unfortunately, due to the bad weather, we were less able to use it. But in the summer it can be perfect. The sleeping areas are clean, tidy. However, it may be important that the rooms open from each other, andthe innermost room can only be accessed through one of the exteriors. This can be inconvenient in certain situations (due to babies with us). Other than that, everything was really fine.

Enikő is a very nice host. The cottage is in a very cozy,quiet place. Nice big garden, cooking facilities and outdoor dining are also provided. The people in the village are very nice. If you hide from the world and enjoy the birds chirping and cricket slamming at Enikő's house, you won't be disappointed:)

A little hidden jewelry box in nature ! We really loved the dock, the canoe, the layout of the cottage, the Ping-pong in the yard , one word for everything! I highly recommend it with a child, my little boy especially enjoyed watching the frogs' dryer, turtles, and swans. Thank you for everything!

Cozy, comfortable, perfectly suited for a weekend retreat.

Wonderful place for a long weekend with friends. Spacious, well-equipped, clean house in the “gate” of the hills with breath-taking view when you wake up in the morning. We spent hours watching the warming fire in the fireplace as well as the camp fire in the backyard. Nice sorroundings for hiking in the forests, bigger cities are close, but it’s a perfect place to have a rest during a relaxing weekend with friendly and helpful hosts.

Great place to stay and Marek is a great host! It was a nice house, it had literally everything you need in a great area! Marek and Gretta were great hosts! Perfect place to stay a few days in the nature!

Very calm and quiet place. We had a lovely weekend with two kids in the winter.

I had a great time there!! It was very peaceful and had exceptional surroundings. The accommodation was as described and shown in the photos. Matej was very welcoming and always ready to help.

Ákos and his wife were very friendly and provided local recommendations. He even offered to make a phone call for a bicycle rental since we did not speak Hungarian. Lovely private space and good wine made by Ákos during a private tasting.

This farm offers a quite unique stay. Nicely equipped shared kitchen for the guests use. Restaurant is onsite, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy to go into the hills with starting point right opposite the accommodation. Mate was a lovely host with great communication skills and warm welcoming. Highly recommend it to families, couples or even friends who would like to leave the noisy city behind.

This place is a true gem and we're so happy to have found it! The farm house is cosy and surrounded by beautiful green surroundings. Nárcisz is a very nice host and made sure we had everything we needed. A special highlight was her wonderful beautiful horse who is roaming around freely and so lovely. Highly recommended for everyone who loves animals and nature!

We had a great rest! Large, cozy house, everything is there for cooking and great bedrooms. The view from the terrace is stunning, overlooking the hills, forest, cute sheep and ostriches. Our adult children were thrilled with the animals!The cleanest air, the atmosphere of coziness and warmth, it feels that the hosts treat the farm and guests with heart and love. My 7-year-old daughter was absolutely thrilled with our time on the farm and the chance to interact with the animals (and honestly, so was I!). You can freely walk into the enclosures, feed and pet the animals without any worry of being butted or bitten. There are incredibly cute and friendly dogs running around the property — cuddling them was pure joy for a city dweller like me. It’s a shame we only stayed for one day, but we’ll gladly come back!

Jan’s place was the perfect getaway for our trip. They created a wonderful environment to relax in nature, surrounded by lovely animals. It’s especially great for kids—plenty of space to run around and spend time with the animals. There was a slide and a trampoline, which my 3-year-old son absolutely loved. The cabin was super cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was nearly complete (though a kettle would be a great addition), and the bathroom was spotless. The beds and sheets were also very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this peaceful and relaxing spot. It’s well worth both the drive and the cost. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back. Jan’s partner was also incredibly helpful and kind—she even helped us find a nearby medical center, which we really appreciated

This was our second stay at Jan’s farm and we had an amazing time. The farm itself is well organized, there are plenty things to do and the house we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Jan is a wonderful host, who was always there to help if anything came up from our side. Will definitely come back again.

Great place, very quiet, modern equipment. We spent 2 nights with our 2 kids. We used external fireplace and our kids and enjoyed 2 friendly dogs... it can be also very romantic for couples ;)
