Roslyn is the perfect host. Always responsive and supportive. We are a small business and Roslyn was absolutely fantastic with us. Our crew worked nights which require them to sleep during the day and the surroundings of this beautiful place were exactly how she described which made our stay so special and peaceful. You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

The Boathouse is stunning - such a cosy little spot and with the windows able to up fully you have this beautiful view bringing the outside in as you chill out with a glass of wine. We were blessed with some beautiful Easter weather and could just watch the world go by. We had some concerns about the parking situation at Church Point but we managed to find a 7am -7pm spot in the main car park and then were able to top up the daily ticket using the app. No need to get the ferry back everyday to top it up. There was also a 7 Day ticket option if you were staying that long. The ferry is so convenient and drops you at the jetty right next to the house. No big hills or big walks to make like for other properties - just a few steps up to the deck. Only missing equipment in a very well appointed kitchen was an oven (and no bbq while we were there due to refurbishment) but that was our own fault for missing that in the description. Apart from that the set up is wonderful. We will def be back!

Dylan was super flexible regarding our stay and offered lots of support and advice for the things we wanted to do. He really went above and beyond to help us. The villa is in a very quiet, highly desirable neighbourhood, with stunning views, yet not too far to drive to major places of interest to us.

This is the second time my family has stayed here. Magnificent home, with an absolutely beautiful view. Walking distance to shops, supermarket and restaurants. Alex was great to deal with. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Getaway – Our 3rd Visit! This was our third time staying here, and it just keeps getting better. The views are absolutely stunning – peaceful, uninterrupted, and the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The cottage is cosy and welcoming, especially with the warm fire crackling away on cooler nights. We love how secluded and quiet it is – the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. With little to no light pollution, the star gazing at night is simply breathtaking. You feel a world away from everything, in the best possible way. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and already can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you once again for such a special stay!

Very good and peaceful place

What a great weekend! The house is amazing — beautifully decorated, super clean, and full of thoughtful details. As a travel agent used to hotels and resorts, I was truly impressed. It felt like a cozy, stylish retreat. The outdoor area was a highlight: the pool and spa were perfect for relaxing, and the kids had so much fun with the ping pong table and basketball hoop! Ana was super friendly and helpful from the start, always quick to respond and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Taranvir’s place. Taranvir was an excellent host and he was really helpful. It is a short walk down to the beach and has a really nice pool. We would happily stay again. Thanks Taranvir!

Loved our week in Newport. The pool is the hero and in fact the photos don't show the full size of it, so that was a lovely surprise. Kieren was really great and responsive. Newport is really well located. Took in palm beach, mackerel beach and cycled to west head when we could drag ourselves from the spa and pool.

Amazing stay! Tony was so accomodating and even allowed us to check in early and offered a later check out. The views from the home are breathtaking and although it was too cold to use the pool we made full use of the hot tub which gets heated! The location is also fantastic, there is a special walkway all the way down to the beach, and the coffee shops are only a few minutes drive. Great stay, thank you so much!

Lovely house with great amenities and well stocked kitchen and lovely indoor and outdoor areas.

This is a beautiful and high quality home. The open kitchen living area is huge and feels even more spacious because of the high ceilings and sight lines to the tropical rainforest back garden. There is a magical pathway through the rainforest garden to the studio bedroom with en-suite. The 2 main bedrooms with en-suite are also enormous and with ample wardrobe storage space. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and beautiful. It was a perfect venue for our family of 3 adult children and their partners and baby and a Sunday birthday lunch with additional friends. Susan was a most generous host. We look forward to returning.

This is a beautiful home and the views from the veranda overlooking Palm Beach are spectacular. Our family of 8 adults stayed for 4 nights and the accomodation is very comfortable and spacious. Although there is no air con or fan in the main living area there was a cool breeze from the sea which passed through the room via the veranda to air vents at the back of the space which maintained a comfortable temperature in the room. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at 5 Florida road. Magnificent views, sensational location and the house was incredibly well equipped! Rachael was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive to any requests that we had and with bringing some items we left in the house back to Sydney for collection which was very thoughtful. A gorgeous end to our summer holidays 🌺

We had the best weekend staying in this beautiful Hamptons inspired home! it was close to plenty of cafes and beaches which we enjoyed going to every morning. The space was really beautiful and bright, and the sunsets on the balcony were 10/10 ✨

Perfect accommodation for our needs. We loved having the use of a hot tub and the outdoor area was very relaxing to come back to each night. The mattress was very comfortable and great quality with super fresh bedding on it. Loved the restaurant recommendations too. Would happily recommend to anyone. Thanks Libby!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Simone’s beautiful home. It is in a great location with direct access to the beach, which makes the experience very special. Kathleen and the Newport palace was amazing. My wife and i were traveling back to the beaches with my brother and his family and needed a big place to stay. Found this gem in Newport. Pittwater views, jacuzzi on the deck and ample space for hosting etc. Incredible back yard with viewing deck for sunrise and sunsets and the outdoor BBQ deck is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, great for families and groups of friends, plenty of space. We loved the house! Kathleen is amazing, super helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. Always available if we did need anything. I will definitely be back to stay! thanks Kathleen for everything, was an incredible stay.

Hannah and Blair were amazing hosts, responsive and helpful at all times including before and during the stay. The house is in a great, nice a peaceful location. Our family felt right at home, in particular our kids who were able to use the treehouse, swings and trampoline Hannah and Blair even allowed us to use their beach equipment and bikes which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate staying again.
