Rural Getaway - Harding Homestead Boniah Creek SA

SandyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Harding Homestead is a homely, comfortable place to stay. We had a quiet, relaxing few days there and really enjoyed the solitude. We supported some local businesses by eating at the local pub(s) and cafe and did our shopping at the local Foodland which is very well equipped. There were one or two 'teething' issues which were very quickly rectified as Tracy is very quick to respond to messages. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and out of the way, yet comfortable and still close to Peterborough, with all the amenities for a self sufficient holiday, then I can thoroughly recommend Harding Homestead. (This would be a perfect place for two or three young families to stay).

A Sanctuary of Quiet Days and Spectacular Starry Nights This location offers a truly wonderful escape, characterized by its quiet and peaceful ambiance. Plenty of walking trails but the old nursery walk was refreshing with glimpses of wildlife. And as the night fell the starry skies were a treat to watch. The clarity and brilliance of night sky was mesmerising. It was a fantastic experience overall. Thank you so much Renae and Paul. Highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquil and an uplifting escape!

Alex's Country House

This majestic old home with its beautiful timber floors, modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms immediately made us feel right at home! The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of heating and/or cooling options available to suit the needs of every discerning visitor. The milk, eggs, bread, cereals and variety of condiments provided confirm the attention to detail in Alex's place! The location is great and only about 150m from the main shopping areas.

This place was so gorgeous, little but perfect for 2! The bath was a godsend and they supplied enough pantry items for our 3 nights! We will definitely be booking again and hopefully when it’s colder so we can light the fire 🔥 Highly recommend!
