My family and I had a great stay at Abul's home. He was very welcoming and checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely book again!

Julia’s place was peaceful and quiet yet 3 min from Old Mill Subway. This ravine property was immaculately clean and comfortable. Would totally stay there again.

What a great host with quick, friendly and informative communication. Easy and convenient check in and check out. The place was so big and comfy. So many wonderful amenities and a huge comfy bed. So many modern touches that made me wish I had them at home too, like a motion sensitive night light in the bathroom. The TVs had Roku so I could easily use any of my streaming services by just signing in. Made me feel right at home. They also offered a parking spot which was an amazing game changer in a city where parking is a premium. I was very comfortable and satisfied and what a great bargain too. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Doug’s lower-level suite was fantastic! The space was even better than the photos — extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Doug was a warm and welcoming host, quick to respond and genuinely kind. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown west, but tucked away on a quiet side street that felt peaceful and private. We walked everywhere with ease, and the 48-hour street parking pass we purchased made things super convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!

Our recent experience at Shaunvir and Sydney's guest suite was very comfortable, spacious and well equiped. It didn't feel like a basement apartment as there were lots of windows, 9 ft. ceilings and a private entrance that led out to a pretty & private backyard. We loved having 2 bathrooms and it was nice to have a large sparkling clean tub to soak in if you enjoy baths. The kitchen had an abundance of storage and perfect for long term rentals. There was also a walk in closet with shelving in the main bedroom that was perfect for keeping everything organized! We barely heard anything on the main floor other than the occasional muffled footstep. I ran into the owners who lives on the main floor only a couple times in the almost 2 weeks of residing here and they were very respectful, kind and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful AIRBNB experience. Communication with Sydney was top notch. Availability seems to fill up quite quickly and we understand why!

Lesley is a wonderful host! Her place is exactly like the description! A lot to do in this area of the city. Everything was perfect!! We enjoyed our stay and discovered the surroundings : cute cafes, boutiques, restaurant, parks, etc. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and will keep this address in mind for my next visit to Toronto!

It is a very warm place that makes you feel at home, it is a very quiet area, if you like quiet places it is an excellent place and very close to the TTC to get to downtown. The host is very friendly and attentive to any questions we had.

Gabriel is an outstanding host and a generous person. He allowed an early check-in for my wife and daughter and ensured he was present and guided them to a smooth Check-in. Gabriel, is very responsive and always available to help. Gabriel's home felt like home away from home and close to everything we needed. I'd recommend Gabriel's home and would definitely book again on our next visit.

staying there felt like a home away from home. it was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the city. lovely walking and biking on the island. would have loved to stay longer and will the next time. it was nice to be able to use their bikes to get around but everything is relatively close so walking isn't so bad either but be mindful that from wards island to centre island is about a 30- 40 min walk. thanks for the lovely stay and hope to be back for another quiet and restful vacay.

Great stay! It was perfect for a weekend visit for our friend’s wedding at the Guildwood Estate.

This was a great space to stay. Walking the neighborhood was perfect for us, thrift stores, great cafes, and other food. Getting Lyft pick up was also easy to get to other areas of Toronto. Hosts were great, as this is a basement apartment, we did hear some activity above us during the day, but nothing at night when sleeping. Would stay here again.

Great location in North York in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Metro station is about a 20 min walk that will take you anywhere in the downtown area. I would stay here again.

I had a great time staying here! Bill was a friendly and communicative host. The house was clean and cosy. The area is quiet, with super easy access to the lake and nearby shops/restaurants. If you don't drive - it takes a while to get into downtown Toronto but I think that's true of most places surrounding the city. The airport is only a 15 minute drive away which was super convenient.

Kim was a fantastic host and a great communicator. The place is well looked after with lots of little touches. The hot tub is great. I can’t recommend the place or the person more.

Nice location and a spotless, well-maintained home. I wasn't sure what to expect from a basement suite, never having stayed in one, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was, so I'd do it again. It was nice to have a coffee machine in-house with refills/pods to enjoy a cuppa without getting out. The host (Shiva) was also incredibly responsive to my messages and questions.

Great stay. The basement suite has ample space for one person. The kitchen has the necessary amenities. Both Shayan and Nasim are very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Wow. Words honestly fall short when trying to describe this place. The photos don’t even begin to capture the beauty and serenity of this space. My partner and I were completely flabbergasted! it’s just stunning. For me, what made it even more special is that I live fairly close by, so discovering a hidden gem like this right around the corner felt like a dream. Everything the other reviews have said is absolutely true: the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the comfort, the peacefulness … every bit of it exceeded expectations. The suite itself is romantic, cozy, and incredibly well cared for. It’s more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience. If anything, this review is less about critique and more of a genuine thank you. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with the world. If this listing is available and you’re even thinking about booking it, just do it. You will not regret it, period!

Property is lovely, quiet and cosy with lots of nice little touches. Also a fantastic quiet resisdential area but close enough that its pretty easy to get to central toronto. Highly recommend if you want a quieter option for staying in toronto.

Nasin’s suite is fantastic—very clean, super cozy, and incredibly quiet. Our kids felt right at home. After a week of traveling with children, it was such a relief to stay somewhere that felt just like home. Thank you so much!
