The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge Palatinate Forest

You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415 m² park with wooded area, BBQ, and terrace. The villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. In the outbuilding is space for your bicycles. This true holiday residence has received exclusively 5-star overall ratings since 9/2024.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The entrance leads past the tower on the left. Through the small conservatory you enter the apartment. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. The following are: kitchen, living/dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get from the 1st bedroom to the bathroom, guests must go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but instead surrounded by great landscapes.

View of the wooded mountains, as well as the pretty village of Saint-Quirin, its priory, and the pretty chapel on the hill.
