The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

We had such a great stay! The place was perfect for two people, was clean and just what we needed for a weekend get away! We could see the ocean from inside! Beautiful place! We both would love to come back every year!

Beach Point condo, close to Ptown, private beach

Another fantastic week staying at Sheryl and Joe’s. I was lucky enough to enjoy a week of perfect beach days with 10 books I brought to devour. The private beach across the street was a dream with only one other family around. It was like having the beach all to myself. Cannot recommend this getaway enough for a couple or single person just looking to relax. It’s quiet, pristine, with beautiful places to sit and relax both outside and in. Don’t forget to grab a Day’s sandwich on the way to the beach (the #3 is the BEST) thank you Sheryl and Joe!

The outdoor deck features a picnic table and several Adirondack chairs arranged to enjoy scenic water views. A gas grill is positioned nearby, with green planters of flowers and herbs adding a touch of greenery. Natural light highlights the space on a clear day.

This was our second time at Karen's and it was just as wonderful as we had remembered. Even when the weather wasn't conducive to sitting outside, the inside was comfortable and welcoming. Everything we needed to enjoy our ten days was there including two comfortable chairs for reading and gazing at the sea and the birds nesting in the bushes. Many terrific hikes within a short distance and lovely beaches and dunes as well. It was tough to leave.

A wooden deck extends along the shoreline, providing views of the sandy beach and calm water. Colorful umbrellas offer shade, while the gentle waves can be seen lapping at the edge. White cottages line one side, enhancing the coastal setting.

Location, location, location. Being right on the bay is what makes this cottage special. The cottage, as described, is tiny but perfectly comfortable for two. The deck is great, definitely adding to the available hang out space. Beautifully maintained, sweetly decorated. Zero problems!

Scott’s place was charming and very clean. Walked to the beach in minutes. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. It was the perfect size for two people. Scott’s instructions were well laid out. The place was easy to find and easy to get into. Would stay again and recommend to others.

I absolutely loved this apartment! Large, light-filled kitchen/dining/living room. Great kitchen appliances. Big, bright bedrooms. Big bathroom. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Back deck good for sitting or drying beach things. Perfect location for accessing beaches, PTown, etc. I will definitely try to book it again next summer.

Great spot right near the beach. Had two young kids and was great to be able to easily go back to the condo. Very walkable area close to some good spots. Great location!
