We had the most amazing couple of days at Spring Barn. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and responsive. The property was so spacious - inside and out with so many toys for the grandchildren. The tree house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time in this quiet part of the Cotswolds - just what we needed and a superb place to celebrate my birthday. I’d definitely recommend. We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

Lovely place to stay, took my family for a peaceful new year's break. Lovely view's across the fields. Would definitely recommend

Easter weekend is difficult & expensive accommodation-wise yet we were able to find this gem of a house in a quiet corner of Somerset, on a branch line between Bath & Bradford-on-Avon. We had lovely walks along the Avon, trips by train into Bath & B-on-A, we had drinks in the garden in the sunshine (didn't brave the pool - it is still only April!) and ate our meals in the cheerful large kitchen. We also didn't try out the croquet - we might have done with a longer stay - who knows? The village is beautiful to walk around too, almost all Cotswold stone, to be recommended. Many thanks to Deborah & Philip for a wonderful stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

What a fabulous place to stay. We came to Bristol for our daughter’s wedding and Janet’s home was simply perfect. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, welcoming and the outdoor space is an absolute gem. Janet is definitely a 5* host and would wholeheartedly recommend her home as a great place to stay in Bristol.

Alison’s accommodation is perfect for families/ groups of friends. Peaceful yet only a short walk into Redland or Clifton. Alison is a friendly host and I would recommend the house as a place to stay.

Astoundingly well thought out, presented and equipped. Host nearby and so responsive. I’m already planning a return trip!

We had a lovely stay at Jen’s house. It was spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our Easter stay even more enjoyable. We made the mistake of arriving in the dark, which made it a bit harder to find the place than it would have been in daylight—but once we arrived, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

This is just the perfect place to stay. We arrived quite late from Aberdeen into Bristol Airport and after hiring our car we were at this hideaway within 3 minutes! It is quite, off the main road, comfortable and exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay, amazing location. On a quiet side street, but so close to everything. Literally 1 min from o2 Academy which is what we were in Bristol for. Really lovely little house, beautifully decorated and so characterful. We will definitely book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs. Emma’s home had everything we needed from tea and coffee to lovely shower gel and even though it is her home it didn’t feel cluttered and was immaculately clean and tidy. Finding free parking within a few doors was easy and an added bonus. And the local Fed 313 and The Grace recommendations for breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious. Would definitely recommend this gorgeous house.
