Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.

Spacious & charming 2 bed RM APT on the 3rd fl of my home, gives you all the comforts of home while you’re away. We are a quick walk to L&M (Yale) Hospital, Mitchell College, And EB NL Campus. Short drive to the Coast Guard Academy, Conn College, Domion (Millstone) and The US Submarine Base. And if you’re here for fun, we are 1.5 miles to Ocean Beach (borrow our pass for free access) 20 min to Mohegan Sun & 25 to Foxwoods and 15 min to Mystic.

I'd highly recommend Maryann's space. The space is huge! It is essentially an entire basement with a bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The check-in process was contactless and easy. You have your own private entrance which makes coming and going a breeze. It was incredibly clean and had nice touches like a fridge, microwave, Keurig, water, and extra spoons, forks, etc.

I stayed at Dora's for two nights, her home is in an oasis of peace, in the middle of the greenery where you can only hear the noises of animals. Our area was really super cozy, tastefully furnished, it felt like coming home. Dora is always kind and helpful. Highly recommend

We loved our quick stay at the Candle Lite Inn. Felt like we were stepping into John’s own home - very safe and easy check-in. We wish that we could have stayed longer! Compared to the other prices in the area, this is a fantastic deal and I’d definitely return if we’re ever visiting anywhere in the vicinity. We didn’t have breakfast at the inn so I can’t speak to that but everything else was seamless and perfect. John was responsive with everything and worked with us and our schedule. Also - the beds were INSANELY comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Rita was flexible with our check in time so we could work from home on Thursday. She has a list of restaurants and local activities, many of which we took advantage of. Throughout the weekend, we communicated over text, when needed. Rita was very responsive. My husband and I recently got married and this was our first long weekend away together after the wedding. It was perfect. We relaxed and watched the sunrise from our airbnb floor to ceiling windows. At night, we drove 4 minutes to the Long Island Sound and watched the sunset. Everything is close by; it was a magical weekend overall.

Doug’s place is at a great spot. I stayed for five days and it is cute and comfortable just a few minutes walk from the beach. If you plan to stay more than two-three days and prepare some food at the place you would need to take out your trash at some point since there is no room service. The place is overall outdated but that was not that important to us. It may benefit from a good deep cleaning and some minor decorative updates for more appeal. It’s a good place for the price and it’s location. I’d recommend it.

My friend and I had a great stay at Fulvia’s cottage. It was beautifully, tastefully, decorated and so comfortable. The front porch was bright and airy and fun to sit and have a drink in the evening. I was glad for all the amenities Fulvia thought about, like having shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & hairdryer- these things are bulky to bring so I really appreciate them. And, really good bread and eggs as well as espresso, tea was well stocked for breakfast in the morning. We loved the location walking distance to the bay beach and great pizza place. Would love to come back here again!

We spent several nights at Linley and Anton’s beautiful home. We felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door, this is hospitality at its finest. They were very friendly and helpful, it was great to have their local knowledge and we ended up exploring some areas they tipped us off to. It was a joy to come back at the end of long days out. The house is warm and cosy and thoughtfully equipped for guests. The breakfast provided is generous and really set us up for the day. Staying at Sag Harbor was perfect as a great base to explore other parts of the Hamptons, but there’s also much to do locally. We would love to stay there again.
