What a sweet hideaway amount some beautiful, large Estates. We even found a house down the street built by Frank Lloyd Wright. Very guarded but interesting! Clean and modern. Beautiful landscape.

Shaayna's place was perfect for everything we needed, not too much but just perfect for our trip. Shaayna was quick to respond on any question we had. We'll definitely stay here again.

We are repeat guests and always appreciate the comfortable accommodations, quiet of the neighborhood and excellent location being so close to all the amenities of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley.

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

Melissa and Josh responded quickly when we arrived and did not know where to park. The Air BnB is in a neighborhood just off the two major freeways and just north of downtown Phoenix…so it’s a great location. The unit is just off the family’s backyard and is in a shady area of the yard….very pleasant. The bed was super comfortable with lights on each side of the beds. This is important to myself/husband as we like to read in bed. All together a great place.

Thank you Jaime and your hubby! My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at your quaint, well decorated with vintage vibe cottage. All the additional products, snacks, drinks, teas, coffees and water available for us to use made our stay feel right at home. Jaime, is a phenomenal energy so wonderful meeting her and she even gave me a piece of her handcrafted earring which I love! Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

Kim’s Casita is so perfect for a quick or extended stay for two! The back porch was our favorite part, providing a great view of the city and the beautiful mountains. We’ll definitely stay in the future if in Phoenix!

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! Jill & Carl are wonderful they were so helpful and attentive. The place is perfect in a cute neighborhood, safe and relaxing! The place is amazing we cooked most meals there and utilized the bbq too. The roof top patio is such a nice touch too with beautiful views. Jill even went as far as making sure we had tea and coffee which was great! The only down side was it is bright in the room early but we travel with eye masks so this wasn’t a problem! Both their pool and the neighborhood pool were amazing!

Everything was as in the photos. Loved the decor! Outside was peaceful and beautiful. Relaxing with the sounds of the water fountain right outsidethe door. We were able to meet the hosts on site. They were nice and a pleasure to speak with. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much.

John and I very much enjoyed our stay! The rental was easy to find with convenient parking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the amenities—especially the refreshing lemonade in the fridge and the basket of snacks. The outdoor area was super cute and inviting—we’d love to come back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend!

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! What a clean and roomy place to stay in! Every part was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the large bathroom. The large king bed was very comfortable.

This facility and accommodations are above and beyond what we had expected if we ever get back into her neck of the woods we will plan our vacations around the available dates of her accommodations it was spectacular she is a wonderful host I can’t thank her enough forOutstanding accommodations for making this a spectacular vacation

My stay in Phoenix was absolutely fantastic, thanks to this comfortable and luxurious home! The highlight for me was the beautiful garden and patio area—such a peaceful spot to enjoy my morning coffee and unwind in the evenings after exploring the city. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, and the delicious farm-fresh eggs provided were such a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home, especially the stunning custom woodwork that added a unique charm. This place felt like a private oasis—I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Went to Arizona for an event so only stayed 1 night, but this place will definitely be my regular place to stay when I come back to Arizona ! Really clean and at home feeling, really quiet and perfect place right outside of the city area but not too far where you’d have to commute. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay around the area.

Cindy and Bruce's place is secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We love nature and there's always sweet sounding birds and cute bunnies to enjoy. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. Cindy and Bruce are very accommodating and Bruce gave us a great local restaurant recommendation and awesome back road directions to eliminate all traffic on the 202 and 101 hwys to Tortilla Flat. Clean and looks like the pictures. Oliver was very responsive. One thing to note as we could not tell this from the listing, if you are traveling with a dog - the backyard is private but there is not door from the home to access it. You have to walk out the front door and through the side fence to get to it. That was not the most ideal set up for our longer stay.

This stay was well worth the money spent! It was nice, clean, and the right size for my needs. The place is setup just like the photos and descriptions, some of the small furniture was different than the photos, but by no means was this an issue as they worked perfectly fine (desk chairs and lamps on nightstands). Miles was communicative and friendly. There was a minor delay with the checkin due to the prior guests leaving later than expected, but Miles communicated this and made sure I was aware, and he took care of the situation. Of note, I will say the area/neighborhood may not look to be the safest for some, but for me I had ZERO issues! There’s also cameras facing the area and it’s always well lit to increase one’s feelings of safety. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay there and will be locking in this place in the event I return!

I almost want to keep this gem hidden but sharing is caring. This home is everything you need to feel comfortable in downtown Phoenix. The community here was wonderful. Location is perfect. The space felt so secure and tucked away. I will look to stay here whenever I return to Phoenix.
