The apartment is as shown in the photos: clean, cozy and quiet. The area is nice and safe. Something important to keep in mind is that it is on the fourth floor without an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or any difficulty climbing stairs, it may be a detail to consider. In my case it wasn't a problem, but I think it's helpful for other travelers to know in advance. Otherwise, everything was great and the host was attentive.

A nice comfortable place, I felt right at home, in a quiet area, Mr. Andrés' attention, always with the best disposition and very attentive to everything. I would come back again.

Very satisfied with our stay, don Enrique is a super host, both he and his manager are super attentive and helpful, they will give you their attention and immediate help for any concerns or requests regarding the apartment and your stay in the city; in fact we had a situation that required the attention and maintenance service in the apartment upon our arrival, but it was satisfactorily resolved during the first week of our stay. The apartment is very well located, in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by everything you may need, it has everything informed in the description for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I recommend stay in Reserva Canaveral and Don Enrique as a super host.

The apartment is impeccable, just like the photos, the view is amazing and you feel very safe.

Everything great, very central

The apartment is quite similar to what you see in the photos. Ideal for short or long stays in groups of 5 or 6 people. The view from the balcony is very nice and the building workers (guards, pool workers) are very helpful. Two things to note: 1. The lock on the front door doesn't provide much security, it seems like it can be opened with any object. 2. The beds in the secondary rooms are not double as mentioned in the photos, but semi-double. Thank you Stéphania for trusting my family!

Myriam is very attentive to her being comfortable. The apartment has all the essentials and is in an area that is not difficult to access. I think it's a fair price for the attention and facilities they offer you. We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice

Great location, the place is exactly as described in the photos. The parking and building is safe and easy to access, the apartment has all the facilities to have a comfortable stay. In the area there are restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and in general an active trade.

I stayed for 2 nights but wish I could've stayed longer. I will definitely choose this place next time I visit cúcuta. Location is in a great spot, just far enough from the main road but still within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Always felt safe.
