Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in North Providence

Very convenient to the downtown and airport area. Neighborhood was safe and peaceful. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. Was able to make breakfast every morning. My family enjoyed our time at Iris’s.

We absolutely love the accommodation provided by Van - spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The terrace and courtyard are both so delightful! It’s very convenient to walk to Brown from here, and the surrounding environment is comfortable and quiet. Most importantly, Van’s communication with us has been timely and thoughtful - we can say he’s the most considerate host we’ve encountered in all our years using Airbnb! We will definitely be back!

Place was as described. In-law suite in the basement but very nice finishes made it feel cozy. Would stay again.

Such an amazing location!! The history, the decor, the linens and pillows, it was really a perfect stay. I would certainly stay there again! Laurie was helpful and accommodating and you could tell she really cared about the space and making my stay comfortable.

Nice little place, close to other places in Downtown

Wonderful place to stay in Providence. My sisters and I felt safe and cozy. Spacious and stocked with the supplies we needed. The only down side was that you could hear whoever was in the apt above (conversations and footsteps). Other than that I 100% recommend. Easy check-in! Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at James’s. We had a weeklong event at the convention center and the location was perfect- lots of activities, restaurants, transit/train stations, and rental cars in short walking distance. The studio was cute and clean. The beds were comfy and it was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the building’s charm and found it to be quiet and peaceful for its location (downtown in a large city). If we return to Providence, we would look forward to staying here again. Thanks for being a great host!

One of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed at. Richard was also on of the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. Always available and extremely helpful, friendly and responsive.

Our stay at Patricia's place was fantastic. the space had everything we needed. and Patricia made sure we were not want for anything. We felt well cared for. The layout and amount of space was perfect for us. each room has its own personality, very well decorated! We chose this stay because the location was perfect - we walked to many places, it was easy to drive around also. On top of it all, it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend.

This place was great! I was looking for somewhere in the Warwick area and it exceeded expectations in regard to location. The house had plenty of room for me to spread out and lounge and get the work I needed done. It had two living room areas so there were options for where you wanted to watch TV. It checked off all the boxes for what I needed and then some. Naoufal was very communicative and even provided extra food for me which was very thoughtful. The house is at the very end of the street and blocked by trees on the one side so it feels more private than the rest of the neighborhood which I like. Great spot, thank you!

AMAZING! Comfortable stay for our group. House was in pristine condition! Host remained in communication the whole time making sure check in process went in smoothly. Definitely worth the stay!

Brenda’s place was great! She was very communicative and made everything so easy. The space was very comfortable and clean with a great neighborhood for walking the dog. Nice fenced in yard for letting the pup run free too. Many amenities within quick walking distances and even more just a short ride away. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Courtenay's historic home. As she describes - it's an old home with the idiosyncracies of a home with over 200 years of history. It is a spacious home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen has all you'll need. The area can't be beat if you are visiting Providence and/or Brown University. We were lucky enough to book her house during our son's graduation and could walk up the hill to the campus in 5 minutes. Courtenay is always responsive and flexible. We will stay there again!

Richard was a great host. We stayed at the historic home as part of our Reunion weekend at Brown. Gathering by the enormous fire place over coffee was a highlight. It was a cold and rainy weekend, but the backyard was lovely

Spacious apartment in a location that can't be beat: close to RISD and Brown, walking distance to restaurants. It is quiet despite being so central. The place is stunningly decorated, clean, and super well stocked (the kitchen was every appliance you can dream of, both iron and steamer were provided etc!). A perfect spot for a visit to Providence. Highly recommend!

Sean is an amazing host! He was very proactive in communicating everything we would need prior to check-in. He reached out during our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. And the best part was the unit is very clean and looked just like the pictures. Thanks a million, Sean!

We had SUCH a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean and was equipped with more than everything we needed. Location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. This place is at a very convenient location, with direct access to shops and restaurants. Two off-road parking spots are provided. The owner Katherine is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Newport.

Great place for a few nights in Newport! Location is perfectly situated off of a main shopping street but was very quiet. Was more spacious than shown in the photos! Roof deck was nice as well. Had a small issue w a fire alarm going off but Liliane was easy to communicate with and was able to resolve it within a few hours. Beds were super comfortable and it was great for our group! Parking across the street was convenient for $25/day. Would highly recommend!
