Farmstay vacation rentals in North Macedonia

I felt right at home when arriving at Tihomir's place. After being greeted by the dogs, Tihomir immediately invited me in for a cup of coffee and later cooked some delicious food for me which we enjoyed together. Super glad that I decided to stay here on my travels to Greece. If your coming by car, and you are from a flat country (like me), mentally prepare that you have to go up a steep hill to get to the hostel :)

We got a warm welcome of Tihomir and his dogs. The place looked beautiful! Even in the dark. He is a great host and a gentleman. So amazing he build his place himself. We had a good conversation and a nice drink before we we went to sleep. It was a short stay because we had to fly back soon. Great place close to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Bili and her husband at their beautiful house. They kindly shared tips for best places and hiking trails in the surrounding area and Ohrid, which helped us to get around very quickly. Bili’s place is spacious with lots of natural light and magnificent views towards the lake and surrounding nature. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make a delicious meal. I particularly loved the espresso machine and the strong aromatic coffee that I could enjoy each morning whilst surrounded by pine trees and bird songs at the garden. If I had to describe my experience with few words, I would select – magical, relaxing, rejuvenating and joyful. I would like to thank once again Bili for being such a warm-hearted and kind host who made us feel at home.

It is such a peaceful place, my girlfriend and I liked it very much. We had a flight at 2 am. The gentleman picked us up and treated us to refreshments. He was such a good person that we learned a lesson from life. We definitely recommend you to stay there.

If you're looking for a macedonian experience, that is the perfect place for you ! Tihomir is a very nice host, very welcoming and a great cook. It was especially pleasant to hear about his life experience and the history of this lovely country. We definitely recommend staying there.

Tihomir was a warm. friendly and chatty host. We felt very very welcome and he went above and beyond to take care of us. As there are less guests in the hostel these days Tihomir welcomes you into his home, most meals shared together. A lovely host and a very special place.

We (a family with two small kids) went to Angela's place mid January. Everything was like described, even better. We were afraid that it may get cold in January, but inside was very hot and cozy. Nice restaurant next to the place, we were overwhelmed with food and nice wines:) nice hiking trail on Belicica very close by, while Mavrovo on 15 min drive. The stuff also very nice and friendly. Overall, we are very satisfied, very good value for money and we'll probably come back in summer.
