Open plan kitchen and large living area, 4 leather couches and single chair with double doors leading to deck with views over the bay. A totally separate 2nd living area is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious, airy, yet cozy, clean & comfortable. The Unit had unique architectual features showcasing the geology of the area, which added to the experience. Our considerate host, Danielle, ensured we were comfortable during an unexpected power outage. Necessaties were available, prior to power outage.

Wendy and Harry’s place exceeded all our expectations. The home was spotless and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. After a long day of travel, Wendy’s clear directions and the helpful photo she sent made finding the property a breeze. The washer, dryer, and all the laundry supplies were a lifesaver. We especially appreciated the beautifully designed, easy-to-navigate information booklet it made settling in seamless. Wendy’s homemade fudge and cookies were absolutely divine! We were disappointed to miss out on her homemade peanut butter, but we’re sure it’s just as delicious. The bed was hands-down the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, we even snapped photos of the bedding labels to recreate the experience at home. Wendy and Harry have truly thought of everything. We felt so well cared for and were genuinely sad to leave. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We booked Ann’s place to relax and reset after a busy few months. It was everything that we had hoped for. The place has beautiful views and is light and bright. We love to cook and Ann’s kitchen has everything you need to cook a beautiful meal. There is a fantastic selection of CD’s, DVD’s and books which we made use of. The house has such a homely feel with comfy couches for lounging. What a gorgeous place, we absolutely loved it.

We had an amazing stay at Jen’s place recently. It was beautiful, clean and spacious and in the best location, just 400m walk down to Salamanca. Well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine and a luxurious bathtub in the bathroom. The place was lovely and warm with a heat pump in the lounge room and heaters in all bedrooms. Lovely fresh flowers on the hall table made us feel welcome and right at home. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Jen!

Lovely location, Bear with Me cafe was excellent. Shop close by, well stocked and open every day. Hobart Rivulet is a lovely walk into town, go down road at side of Bear with me cafe, right into town, left up to Cascades brewery (well worth a visit for a meal). Hop on hop off bus stop just round the corner. Well equipped house with everything you would need and more. South Hobart is a lovely suburb with some beautiful houses.

Trish’s place was just what we needed for our long weekend in Hobart. Clean and practical. Also Trish allowed us to check in early on a public holiday which we greatly appreciated. Would 100% stay again if I ever visit Hobart. Also a quick 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk into the city.

Great hosts who who took the time to respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The house was lovely and the view truly outstanding. It was close enough to Hobart to get across the bridge in 5 mins and isolated from the city enough to enjoy the local restaurants and amenities instead so driving was easy. Well located for the trips we had to Port Arthur, Bruny Island etc.,. I would recommend this property
