Another great stay at my go to New Haven accommodations! Wonderful host and wonderful property. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay with no worries.

The apartment is amazingly quiet and peaceful even though it is highly walkable to Wooster Square, Yale, several great coffee shops, etc. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen/living room spacious. It was also very useful to have a washer/dryer. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time getting and air bnb over a hotel and it was by far the best experience! The kitchen and bathroom floors are stunning, clean and just beautiful! The apartment was perfect, homey, and just so welcoming. I would definitely book with KG again.

Great location - close to downtown Middletown and lots of restaurants. Perfect place for us to stay for a family wedding weekend. Was very clean and looked just like the photos. Tim was extremely responsive. We had a great time!

Place was what we expected and the neighborhood was nice, about a 20 min walk from the main campus (which was relevant to us). Basement unit (down a few stairs from your private entrance) with windows in every room, off street parking, washing machine in the shared part of the house (that you can use until 9pm). Was a cold weekend and apartment was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable. Rosaria was responsive and helpful, and even folded some dry laundry we had left in the dryer. Left a handful of drinks and snacks for us that were much appreciated.

This was our second stay, and everything was just as perfect as the first time! Highly recommend this place for a flawless experience every time.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend visiting family and this cute and cozy Branford home was a perfect place for us to unwind! It is very tastefully decorated "Pottery Barn" style and had everything we needed to to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfy. We felt right at home. Branford has a lot to offer - restaurants, breweries, a wonderful, vibrant downtown and great beaches. We would definitely stay again!

Wow, I don’t even know where to start! My family and I just had the most incredible time celebrating my niece's 21st birthday. From the moment we arrived, Annie blew us away as the ultimate host! The house was decked out with beautiful decorations that truly made the surprise unforgettable. And guess what? She even had a magnificent birthday cake waiting for us! The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and so inviting. We felt right at home with an abundance of linens, towels, and toiletries—perfect for a group of five women! The jacuzzi was a dream, and the grill was all set for us to fire up some delicious meals. Plus, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and some delightful extras! Annie was always quick to respond to our questions, which made everything even easier. We were thrilled to find beach necessities already available, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own. There’s so much more I could rave about, but overall, this stay was amazing.

We stayed here while attending a friend’s wedding celebration. It was conveniently located for our purposes, right in between each day’s events. It is a quiet area. The space itself was spacious and comfortable and clean. It is a newer place with all you need for a good stay. Helpful and convenient touches included having a few snacks and drinks available which was a big plus with our late arrival.

Every room felt comfortable and inviting, and the clean, updated aesthetic made it the perfect place to relax between events and get ready for our big day. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat during a very special time in our lives. The space was very nice, spacious, clean and in a great location. Close to the highway and all other locations I planned on visiting during my stay! I would highly recommend staying here. The host Oomi was very reachable and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had I will definitely be coming back for my next stay!

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

We loved our stay at Obi’s apartment in Hartford. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Street parking was easy. Obi is a great host! We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.
